He helped us come up with a competitive price, advised us on how to prepare the house for showings and in less than a month had multiple showings and multiple offers. In one month, in a pretty tough, market we sold our place, getting 98% of our asking price. Dave was responsive to our needs, communicated regularly, and helped us bring a fair deal to fruition. Terrence Boyle provided outstanding service for both my buying and selling needs…read more On the buying side, he was able to navigate through my long wish list and tailor the showings to areas in Barrie that I wasn't familiar with but turned out to be perfect for my family! On the selling side, his knowledge of the comparable properties in my area - in terms of features offered, curb appeal and pricing - along with suggestions of small cosmetic updates I should do, all assisted with the sale of my home in the Orillia/Severn Township area. His attention to detail ensured that all the proper paperwork, contracts and negotiations were all in place to protect both myself and the seller/buyer. He is not what people typically think of when you think of a realtor. He truly caters to your needs, and not "in it" to make a sale! His knowledge and level of service is evident through the referrals he gets and the repeat business he gets from both myself and other friends/colleagues I have!
