    Mark Kolchetski= An arrogant rude condescending unprofessional complete piece of …read more.. Im sure for those that truly know this man...they can finish the statement from above. Here is my dreadful experience with this sad pathetic excuse for a realtor ... I contacted mark to see a home that is for lease , he agreed to represent us as our realtor and so we arranged an appointment to see a home in Innisfil . Myself my wife and our little 2.5 year old boy arrived ... mark was okay at first but within a few minutes he began to show his true colors... We told him about our life situation... why we were moving , where we lived , what we do for a living and so on.. mark began to make comments like " i don't know who you are , you say you do this and you say your wife does that" He began with incredible rude condescending comments and through the appointment showed us very little respect... We held our heads high and took it in stride maintenaning our good manners and remained confident in ourselves. mark continued with the stupid comments saying " we could be there with him that day and then come back with another realtor the next day" He talked alot about how much money the homeowners have and how rich they are basically kissing homeowners ass throughout the entire appointment ... Which i found to be incredibly annoying and unnecessary... So the lease asking price is $2550, I told mark we would go home talk it over and get back to him... We called mark later on that evening and told him that we liked the home and we were willing to give it a try even with the current condition of living on a job site mud everywhere... just a complete mess outside and around the house.. So we told mark we were willing to present any documents needed credit scores, income letter , pay stubs etc... we then made an offer at $2300 and we wanted mark to present this to the homeowners... mark laughed ... yes he laughed and said while laughing... " they want 2550 and you offer 2300?" I told him yes this is our offer , we are hard working, honest , respectful young family of 3 and that is our offer ... please communicate this to the homeowners... mark said still laughing " okay well i already know the answer but alright I'll tell the homeowners and get back to you" We thanked mark and told him we were looking forward to his response... The next day we heard nothing from mark ... no text no call no updates... I then decided to text mark ... he replied saying " they said no thanks for the offer and they are reviewing another offer" I immediately called mark and then text mark ... he eventually called back ... i asked him what happened... his story didn't have any logic to it ... I told mark we were waiting all day to hear from you ... and got nothing from you ... now that i contact you ... you tell me that they said no and they already have another offer ??? Why would you close the door on negotiating?? Better yet why didn't you contact us??? We had to call you to find this all out ourselves?? Why aren't you doing your job with regards to us ??? I began to question marks professionalism... at that point mark began to quiver like the true coward he is ... he said to me " you dont have to deal with me you can choose another realtor " I said mark whats going on why didn't you get back to us ... mark said " your budget is 2300 , they said no , you can't afford this home , you should look somewhere else... I then lost my cool and raised my voice told mark 2300 was our offer we never told you it was our budget I kept going at mark releasing some frustrations i had kept to myself earlier... and what did mark do ??? Well what do cowards do?? He hung up the phone... mark ... i hope you learned something or hopefully many things from this ... Customer service is number 1 in your industry and you mark have absolutely no customer service skills ... you are not good with people... you put on a show ... problem is you are a terrible actor and even worse realtor!!!
