When I spoke with Leila she was very nice and polite over the phone so I scheduled them to come and pick up my 9x7ft shaggy rug to clean it for $200 and return it to me after 10 days. I did told to Leila you would require 2 people to carry this big rug. She insisted that her driver is an expert on this kind of job. I said fine. When the driver Mohammed arrived he said that I had to help him to carry the rug into his van. I said am sorry I can not do that as I am a guy living with a disability. Mohammed said over the phone if you can not help me then I leave and he hung up the phone call on me. No one bothered to call me and follow up with me to ask what has happened from the cst side. This is far the most horrible service I ever encountered in the GTA. read more

I used this company to clean a shag rug. When I called them to scheduled the rug cleaning they were polite said their work was guaranteed. Very nice when they came to the house. My carpet got returned to me damaged! It's very hard and stiff, the underneath is also all cracked. They say it not their fault, it's a defected rug. I told them I gave the rug to them without any damages and it came back with damages, they are trying to pull every excuse possible. Both my husband and I got no where with them. I asked them if I called the manufacture where I got the rug and got them to contact them so they could explain to them that the carpet that is defected, so hopeful they could do something about it. I hired Royal interior cleaning to clean a 3 seater white couch. They accommodated me pretty quickly and Mohamed was very honest as to what I could expect after the job was done. He didn't promise more than they could deliver however the couch ended up looking like new. He even came back to touch up some areas that needed more work free of charge. We have a bad cat, and with a bad cat comes cat urine: on our silk persian rugs and on our leater furniture. Not just once, but time and again. Royal is always there to fix it for us. Their curtomer service is outstanding, fast, and courteous. Their special treatment for pet odours really does work. Now if only I could train my cat to stop urinating on our furniture.
