They have really great and friendly staff. They have been mistaken a few times for another online…read morecompany that has gotten bad reviews. But I have nothing bad to say!

My experience with this dealership was honestly unacceptable…read more I was seriously interested in purchasing a motorcycle from them and spent four days making 12 phone calls and sending 6 emails trying to communicate with their sales department. I had been involved in a serious motorcycle accident only weeks earlier and was still recovering while dealing with my insurance company. I was completely upfront about my situation. Initially, the dealership seemed understanding. I was told they understood that I was dealing with insurance and recovering from an accident, and that they would hold the motorcycle for me without requiring a deposit while I worked through everything. Despite that, I tried to put money down on the motorcycle the very same day because I wanted to secure it. I was told someone would get back to me. Instead, I was repeatedly pushed aside, communication became almost nonexistent, and I was eventually ghosted. Then I found out the motorcycle had been sold. When I expressed my frustration, the response was essentially "sorry, that's how sales is." That is not customer service. There is another part of this experience that makes the situation even more concerning to me. During my conversations with the dealership, I brought up using my Status Card. From that point forward, I genuinely felt that their attitude toward me changed. I felt as though assumptions were being made about my financial situation and that I was suddenly someone they did not want to "deal with." I cannot say exactly what was going through their minds, but based on the change in communication and how I was treated afterward, I was left feeling that my Indigenous status may have played a role in how I was treated. I had money available, I was actively trying to purchase the motorcycle, and I was even trying to put money down the same day. This wasn't someone wasting their time or casually shopping around. I was a serious buyer who repeatedly attempted to communicate and secure the bike. If the dealership had simply told me, "We aren't going to hold it without a deposit," I could have accepted that. Instead, I was told one thing, encouraged to believe the bike would be held, and then completely pushed aside while I was dealing with a very difficult period following my accident. I understand that dealerships need to sell motorcycles. What I don't accept is poor communication, broken commitments, making assumptions about a customer's financial situation, and leaving a serious buyer completely in the dark. After spending four days making 12 calls and sending 6 emails, I shouldn't have had to chase a dealership this hard just to get basic communication. This was one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I've ever had. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere and finding a dealership that actually communicates with its customers, respects their circumstances, and treats people fairly. What started with me genuinely believing I had found a dealership I could trust ended with me feeling completely disrespected and brushed aside.
