I'd like to start my review by saying that I have been with this particular dentist now the last few months. Not only am I giving a five star review for the dentist but also his staff and the office overall. Christina is my hygienist and she took all of the care to make sure I was comfortable while she cleaned my teeth. She did a wonderful job and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. I will be happy to work with her in the future. Dr. Juan Cerrutti DMD is not only a dentist but a dental artist. Like the hygienist he made sure I felt comfortable and explained the process as he was working. He briefed me before he started to work as to what we were doing and also updated me while he was working which made me feel extremely comfortable. During the course of fixing the cavities in my teeth the dreaded drill did need to be used however, I would like to mention that I don't think he ever brought the drill up to full speed where it would make that horrifying high pitch noise. The drill remained quiet and at a low pitch which also aided in my feeling at ease. Of all the cavities that need to be fixed I only needed to be numbed one time. All the rest of the cavities were repaired without Novocain. Even the one time Novocain was needed I never even felt the needle. As of writing this, the final product is a nice white smile and teeth that are no longer sensitive. I guess they use some kind of anti-sensitivity medication before filling the cavity. I would highly recommend this dentist not just for yourself but for your family and kids also. I thank the Almighty up high that I found this dentist. My next visit to his office in three months will be just for a routine cleaning. I can confidently say I have no reservations or fear about going to the dentist at this point. read more

If I could leave a no star review I would. I had several experiences at this office from a crown to simply having my teeth cleaned. The staff is very rude! The doctor is arrogant and if you discuss alternative treatment as I did. He walked out. They were unable to confirm my benefits. Having experience in the medical field my benefits should have been verified. I asked for my records. I called three times. The answer I received was it was sent via email. They never sent anything. They have unprofessional staff with little to none dental experience. Stay away from this practice. read more

This place is terrible. I had an appointment for 9am. And even at 9:30am the dentist was still not in the office!!!! He was apparently "stuck in traffic". Um excuse me? You have patients to see that were scheduled at 9am! Makes no sense. Also they over charged me for my wisdom teeth removal which is absolutely out of place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Entire office is unprofessional, horrible experience! After a month I had to call them back. Never received a treatment plan as promised. Was never called to schedule any work after insurance authorization was received on their end. I had to call them to schedule work because I was in severe pain. They had me come in knowing they couldn't do the work and were only going to send me elsewhere, complete waste of their time as well as my own. Will NEVER go back. read more

Royal Dental has been an answer to my prayers. My last dental group thru my Insurance was an experience of HORROR. The dentist was grumpy, rough and rude. I put off much needed dental care because of how I was treated that visit. I then changed insurance plans and chose Royal Dental...the office is clean and the staff very professional & efficient. Two stars for the two people who helped this office get any stars at all. The receptionist and the dental assistant was extremely kind to my children and I (ended up having to bring my children). They were helpful and made me feel at ease. That's where the kindness ended. The dentist comes in, barely says hello (basic customer service), and spends a couple minutes telling me what was wrong. Actually, he didn't REALLY tell me what was wrong (guess that wasn't his job, being the dentist and all ) he just quickly rambled something and said someone will tell you what you need. A little later a woman comes to me with a paper of what I need with prices. I asked her if my insurance would cover it, to which she says no (how convenient). I asked if I could get a regular cleaning--she said no. After happily explaining to me how she's giving me the lowest price because she expected me to be naive, I declined and told her I would wait until I got a 2nd opinion. Smile QUICKLY left her face, tone became short, told my daughter she had to get up from the chair she was sitting on, and then ushered us to the front of the office. The equipment is good but it is wasted on an office with a grumpy dentist. Make sure you give the receptionist and the dental assistant a bonus on their next paycheck because they are the ones carrying your office. read more

If i could zero stars i would. The staff is horrible and rude I will never know why any dentist would employ them. The dentist you will never see except when he is recommending major procedures. The first time I was there I waited in the room for over an hour and a half after getting X-rays done before I finally said something to someone. Then had to reschedule bc they didn't know how long the doctor would be. So I decided to give them another chance yesterday. I got a cleaning first because the doctor once again was behind schedule. After the cleaning I was switched to another room to wait for the doctor who came in gave me a 2min exam and left. The receptionist who came in was very sweet told me what I needed done and how my insurance didn't cover it. Front staff is very nice however the doctor isn't too friendly and don't stick around long enough to see if you had any concerns. I'll be finding a new dentist else wear. read more

This is the best dentists office that I've ever been to! First off, the receptionists Pam and Victoria are the nicest women! I brought my son and They are moms so we had a good time talking about our kids. The dental assistant Daniil is seriously the greatest! He is so kind and has such a great personality and bedside manner! Such a great guy! Dr Broggi is good and gets straight to the point and seems to know what he's doing which is great. Carla, the hygienist, is a very nice woman. She helped to explain what we needed done and how much it would cost. She was very helpful and kind. Also, she did a great cleaning. Doesn't communicate unprofessional bad customer service doesn't return phone calls but has someone answering the phone that always gives the run around it just seems lost. Offices seem to be " always closed " and "manager not in today ". Gave them a shot because a friend referred them to me but sorry I wasted my time . One good thing is the dentist who gave me a consultation seemed to be knowledgeable and their technology seems to be up to par . Regardless, not worth the headache ... stay away. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I have never been to a dentist this awful and disorganized. They were very rude and rushed me during my first visit after seeing me an hour and 15 minutes late. After the initial appointment, I spoke with them on the phone regarding the cleaning I had scheduled (I had a question about an additional service that was noted under the cleaning) and they told me I could not have a regular cleaning because I had periodontal disease. They NEVER told me during my initial visit that I had periodontal disease and I have never had that before. The woman was SO RUDE on the phone and said that I was previously diagnosed (not true!!!) and that if I wanted a regular cleaning I would have to go to another office because I was not following the dentist's treatment plan. They had also written me a referral for oral surgery to get my wisdom tooth taken out. I have the physical paper referral with the appropriate tooth number and the dentist's signature. I called an oral surgeon to make an appointment. I gave them Royal Dental contact information and the referring dentist's name. The oral surgeon wanted to find out if the tooth was impacted, as it was not noted on the referral. The oral surgeon calls Royal Dental who informs them that there is zero record that I need a wisdom tooth removed. THEY WROTE ME A REFERRAL! It doesn't make sense. I would avoid them at all costs. The the reason I've given Royal dental three stars it's because me and my husband had to wait because of the lab issue and because UPS lost the package with that dentures we were waiting for so we had to do the process all over again. I know that some of it was not the fault of Royal dental but it annoyed me that. We had to to do the whole process again read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Was told that they accepted my insurance on a 3 way call with my ins agent, so I made the appointment but when I arrived for a cleaning and xrays I was met by a Dr who would not even face me and say Hello, looked at my xrays and said he would have someone come and explain cost. and walked out. Pam came in and said I needed a deep cleaning but because they did not accept my ins she would lower the cost and give me the "cash price". I told her my appointment was for a general cleaning and was told they did accept my ins . I should have walked out then but decided to do the deep cleaning at the reduced . I had told them when checking in I had severe allergies but they used a med. that I had a severe reaction to and had to see my MD. These people are not interested in patients only in making money , they do not listen to patients or read info you give them . I was lied to about the ins as they do accept the ins I have. I can't give this place even one star it is so terrible. The wait was forever, and the dentist came in and looked at my teeth and after literally less than 30 seconds of doing a couple of pokes in my mouth said "everything looks ok I don't seen any issues would you like to schedule a cleaning". I told him that was why I was there, to get a standard run of the mill 6 month cleaning I only came here because my insurance changed and had to choose a new dentist. He left and sent in a lady to try and up sell me everything under the sun and they would not do a normal cleaning unless I purchased the up sell items. I told them I was not willing to pay for these extra items and they refused to give me a cleaning. I left and paid out of pocket to go to my regular dentist who stated nothing was wrong with my teeth or gums. I have been going to the dentist every 6 months since I was a child, thanks to my mom. I know what a dental cleaning is supposed to be like. This is the first time I've been here since I now live in Boynton. I immediately had X-RAYS done which I needed anyway. The technology there is good, but that's beside the point. The dentist came in, looked at my gums and didn't even really discuss what my problems were. He did not even mention my X-RAYS on whether they were good or bad (what's the point of even having them if you aren't going to tell me about them!?) and then proceeded to let me get a cleaning. Now, here is where it gets really bad. Like I said, I've been getting cleanings my entire life so I know exactly what a good cleaning feels like. The lady looked at my gums and told me I needed a deep clean. I skipped my last dental appointment (first time EVER) due to a busy life schedule. So I decided I would go ahead with the deep clean. BIG MISTAKE! My insurance covers a normal cleaning, but the deep cleaning was additional money. This lady barely even cleaned my teeth at all!!! Less than a regular cleaning (which like I said, I've had my whole life so I know what they entail). She barely spent any time cleaning the plaque and barely even polished them. WHERE WAS THIS DEEP CLEAN!?! She spent a total of 10 minutes cleaning my teeth from start to finish. I have never had a worse cleaning in my life! AND I just got ripped off for a "deep cleaning" that wasn't even close to one. Needless to say, I'm never coming back here again and I highly recommend you don't as well. read more

Shyster! Dr. Broggi spent two minutes with me and said I need a "night guard" for teeth grinding, which I'm sure is true, but I said no thank you. I was handed a printout, before my cleaning, listing services I need, which are not covered by my insurance, and asked to sign it. The bill was charging me for Total Debridement, for excessive tartar, at a price of $50 and a $350 charge for "night guard". I declined these treatments, as every hygienist I've been to has commented on my complete lacking of tartar and I know I won't wear the night guard. I requested a basic cleaning, which is covered by my insurance. After the cleaning was complete, I was again handed the bill to sign. When I refused, I was told to "Just sign it. It's to show that I explained these options to you", which is untrue! It was a bill of services rendered! Blatant thieves!! I am flabbergasted!! Aside from this treachery, I must say that Carla gave me a marvelous, thorough cleaning! If you go here, don't sign anything! read more
