While loading dirt, the company's equipment damaged our steps and retaining wall--an area nowhere near the septic work. Their trucks also left deep tire ruts while accessing the septic area. When we contacted the company, we were told they are "not landscapers," even though our concerns were about property damage and cleanup. Document your property before work begins and clearly communicate where you do not want equipment driven. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this company based on our experience.
