An excellent company to work with. I'd like to give a double…read morethumbs up to Suriel and his crew for an excellent job well done. Suriel was very prompt with answering my call and stopping over within the next day to discuss what needed to be done and the price. This guy is a professional through and through. I understand he has an exceptional lawn service, but keep in mind that he only does landscaping work on , Saturdays , Mondays and Tuesdays. So if you have a fairly large job, expect it to take a little bit of time because how busy this guy is. Suriel is a very patient guy and is very attentive to your needs. He only wants to do it the way you want it done. Don't be too concerned if he doesn't answer a text or a phone call right away as he will-- once he has the time. He was able to do my work within the timeframe allowed. So all in all... You can't miss with this company!

TL;dr Johnson Septic…read morewas helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt (early!). They charged a reasonable price. Long version Brown water was rising from tenants' bathtubs, and toilets wouldn't flush, despite regular septic servicing. Called my regular company (now previous) in the morning requesting emergency service, but was told all their appointments were emergencies and it would be a few days. I understand that this is the beginning of peak season, but I've been a faithful client. Maybe they were having a bad day, but I doubt there was fecal matter in their tub. I called and emailed over a dozen companies, most did not reply. A few replied, saying they couldn't help, one very kindly recommended other companies, including Johnson Septic. Johnson agreed to make room in their schedule the next day, and told me their prices, which are based on the volume removed. I did not feel that I was up-charged for the emergency nature. I called for my service window this morning, and received a call when the truck was 25 minutes away. The techs were extremely polite ("Sir/Ma'am" polite) and answered all my questions, even though I asked some twice. They found the problem (a wipesburg), removed it, and flushed the tanks. My tenants are happy, I'm happy. I hope you will be happy with their service too.

I requested a quote via Yelp and was able to schedule a cleaning the following day, no wait time…read more The turn around was excellent. I needed a natural fiber (cotton canvas) tufted sofa cleaned after it was stained with coffee. Abel the technician was very upfront and honest. He informed me of the process and disclosed that there wasn't any guarantee that the stain along with other spots would come out given that other products were already used and the spot was rubbed vigorously instead of blotted, but after he finished his work and I air dried the cushions they look good as new! Their cleaning product and equipment/machinery did the job! I highly recommend MasterCare for your cleaning needs, they are Masters at caring and cleaning.
