He was able to get our estimate back to us so quickly without the need to follow up, like some other companies we got quotes from. We ended up getting our fence done earlier than expected and it was completed quickly and at a great price. They were able to do extra items for us like trimming back some trees branches that would have impacted the placement of the fence and told us trees to watch out for. The dogs were so happy once it was done and we are very thankful to have found Chris, and met him and his wife. I highly recommend going with great upstate fence company if looking for a fence!

Scam Artists: Central Florida Gutters Jacob Schaper and Robbie Schaper…read more STRONGLY caution anyone considering gutters to stay away from Central Florida Gutters! After taking over half the payment and missing three start dates, they finally removed our gutters--then disappeared. What followed was more no-shows, empty promises, and every chance to fix it ignored. Excuses ranged from being evicted from their shop to leaving their phone at home while traveling to Jax for court appearances! We were left with no gutters and no refund $! Communication became inconsistent at best, nonexistent at worst. It's unacceptable to take a customer's money then abandon it without accountability! We would NOT recommend this company to anyone! I hand written a estimate a few minutes later by text. She drew it up in the car which is fine when I had a few questions about pricing. She said, well, on the day we start, it might be off a few inches, a little price adjustment. Nothing major so I said I'd rather have an exact price. If you don't mind, I asked instead of just looking, could somebody actually measure, that kind of changed her attitude told me she's very good with the estimates and measurements. . I'll let you know tomorrow. She didn'! I've been calling ever since got her once think she picked up by mistake, said, I'll give it to you ,the revised estimate, when im done with this. That was 3 days ago. Left messages at the office. No help. I really like to know if the owner, Ed Santana, knows what his salesperson Rachel is doing I was going to go with them because their timeline fit mine, and that was another thing, gave her 2 dates to work with they were okay. Never answered me not even a tex completely blew me off which was a surprise being There's about a thousand fence companies out there doing the same thing for right around the same price. I would stay away from this company if you're looking for a fence. You need communication and a exact price not an around a price. Something went wrong. When I questioned, there pricing method. All I said is I don't want any surprises on installation day. When somebody offers to pay you in cash which I did, and you still don't answer them. There's something that right there.

Caesar does large jobs during the week and small jobs (like mine) on Saturdays. Caesar owns all the machines that are needed to do high quality sod installation. These same machines are available for the smaller jobs. In the past, I have had very bad experiences with sod installation. One of the reasons is that most of these contractors do not have the machines that are necessary to do a good job. In addition, Caesar's team are highly competent with sprinklers, whether it is to move one or if a stump has to be removed and that damages the sprinkler pipe. I highly recommend GBS sod.
