Rooms are all unique, with comfortable beds, feather pillows and duvets. Bathrroms have both a rainfall shower stall and a separate tub. They have flat screen tv with a reasonable amount of channels. Wifi is available throughout the hotel. They also have a nice tea/coffee tray in each room. The grounds are extensive and great for exploring or walking. You will see wild game when exploring (we saw a pheasant the other day!) Facilities include a bar and restaurant, and they do have facilities for small events. We do love it here and will be back. They made us feel quite at home. Very easy to get to from major routes.

Julia Hand is the owner behind the relaxed luxury of this brand, prevalent in all her 21 Hand Picked Hotels. I love her brand.

Spent Friday night at the bar at the Green Rooms Hotel. Nothing wrong with either of those style of pubs but some variety is much needed. A friend had hired a room upstairs for a private party (lovely space with its own bar) and then the party moved down to the main bar from about 11pm-12am. There's a good selection of ales and wines and the staff are friendly and speedy. Loads of seating space and I'm sure, had the DJ been inclined to play some livelier tracks, more than enough space for dancing. I look forward to returning on another evening to see how busy it really is and what kind of crowd it pulls. I suspect it would also be a nice place for a coffee during the day.

Our room was clean and everything expected for a budget hotel. There is parking at the back and a grocery store and bus stop nearby. A short walk brings one to a row of shops and a pub. Despite being in a busy area our room 218 was nice and quiet.

It was so bad that my…read morestay only lasted for 30 minutes as I ended up filing a complaint against the receptionist for his inappropriate behaviour with my friend. He was getting unnecessarily flirty and that made my friend uncomfortable which caused me to not stay at the hotel for the night and ask for a refund. We felt the way he acted was very disrespectful. Even the computer system was down which made everything less convenient. All this just made me realise that not much thought, time or energy was spent in selecting the staff or maintaining the computer system. In all honesty, I would advise everyone to choose Premier Inn Enfield instead like I did. It is less expensive and the customer service is definitely better by miles. I wouldn't even give it half a star but I have to rate it to write a review.
