My son visited this site and was led to believe that he needed to sign up for the monthly plan. He's only 16 years old. I don't feel that it is right for them to be so pushy in getting people to sign up for auto debit from their account. Especially when speaking with a minor, this feels very predatory and inappropriate. When he went back to cancel the plan, he was treated very rudely and was unable to get it canceled quickly and conveniently. The car wash itself is fine, which is why I give it three stars.
