I'm sitting there thinking, "Are we filing taxes or applying for witness protection?" Then another staff member texts me asking me to confirm my phone number and email address -- information they already had, because they had just used both of them to contact me. Then finally comes the email inviting me to schedule a paid 30-minute appointment. If this is the process just to say hello, what happens when I actually need help during tax season?
