Many times I alerted them to this fact, but they were in complete denial, and simply referred me to their consistently incompetent support staff. My recommendation would be to hire and/or train a more competent support staff and shift the leader's attention from their emphasis on sales/marketing back to good old customer service to take care of their existing customers on a more punctual basis.
