Gave me some good advice about my own party with no pressure and told me to check out their Instagram page for perhaps a future event. Just for fun I checked out their website videos and Instagram and I was in awe or even addicted to their beautiful cocktails. My husbands and our friends all watched the videos and read the reviews. Been meaning to make time for this honest, true review…read more I scheduled this bartending company 3 month before our wedding party. We came to an agreement which included 4 hours of bartending service, syrups, garnishes and ice. With the understanding that I would purchase all the alcohol, mixers, and cups. (Totally normal to buy the alcohol btw, not a problem) Paid the deposit and 1 week before the wedding party we started discussing the cocktail menu. They started off by asking me what drinks we would like. I kept it vague and listed drinks I thought people might like available; such as Cran /vodka, rum/Coke, michis, Moscow mules, Paloma's and I think margaritas. Then they asked me to chose 2 signature cocktails that required fancy ingredients. Which I was very excited about! I was expecting a list of alcohol related items once the cocktail list was settled. At this point we had agreed to the signature cocktails and not much else. I received the list. The alcohol and mixers were on the list. There was also a section on the list that included such things as: simple syrup, dried limes, lime juice, hibiscus salt, sugars, cherries, and other items I'd never heard of. So I simply asked for clarification on this section of the list. Just because I wanted to make sure I knew exactly what I was buying on the list. I told them how I was under the impression that I was buying the alcohol and thought they were providing garnishes and syrups. They proceeded to explain that the agreement said 2 syrups and 2 garnishes only. That I was practically paying for the service and that ice is not something they usually include but they had for me because it was negotiated during the quote process. I read the message. Already mentally accepting I misunderstood and while I am replying to their message. They text me immediately. And say...
