I think this is the place, backing onto a small river and car park. maybe it is the other one? i did not know there was more than one. Anyway, assuming this is the place I have played acouple of times with my old band, I can highly recommend it. I am not sure about the entry restrictions but there seemed to be a lot of people there. The thing is, they are all absolutely mental!!! In a really good way. the average age is probably about 70 (sorry!) and they love it loud and they love to dance. They like it so loud that when I recorded this gig (as I do with all our gigs) the recording was off the scale, bending all the needles. The atmosphere is really good and they have some stonking prizes in their raffle. Strange how we all bought tickets but never won anything, though. hey ho, thoroughly recommended for getting down in Truro. read more
