Amazing day here! I bought some groupon's for my niece's birthday. We had a blast! I took my…read moremom, my sister and my niece. When we walked in they gave us a pink shirt and shorts. We did to want to do the nude portion of the spa. We spent four hours at King Spa. WE checked out all the rooms plus the ICE room. It was so relaxing and I did fall asleep a few times. Upstairs they have the Meditation rooms . Those rooms are the Oxygenated room and an infra red room. On the first floor they have a theater room, a salt room, a gold room, a sun room, a charcoal room, other rooms and a cafeteria area. You can also pay for a massage. Most of the massages were 60 minutes for 120$. I will definitely go back and take my husband there on a date. Love it!

When we went on a weekday night, it wasn't crowded, so it was good. The rooms are interesting and generally relaxing. The spa services are expensive. Like the foot reflexology is more than double the places I've been. My friend did really enjoy her scrub, so if you get a service, they are good. Look, I think it's important to pay people a good wage and I value spa services, but these just seemed high.

To avoid five-year federal expiration prohibition on gift cards, they create this membership and my service apparently expired after 12 months if I stopped continuing paying monthly fee. It was a treat from my husband after postpartum when he book the reservation. Not knowing fully what I signed up for while I was busy filling out these paperwork for new client and body worksheet. Receptionist pursuit to sale these memberships saving --- where I definitely remember her stating you can pause it anytime - the service will not expire and will stay on the account. Knowing the service will stay on the account, I signed up for this membership. I'm a busy mother working from home full time, breastfeeding, and caring for my child thus no time to treat myself so I pause my membership after 3 months. Now that I came back to the business because I'm almost due again in June to treat myself. The receptionist not only denied of my credit but print out a statement (highlighted for me to see) -- that should've been highlighted to begin with for clients -- these service will expire after 12 months. This is such a shame for a business to do this especially when it's a treat for someone to do these services and it wasn't like I'm asking it for free. These are services I paid in advance and it was misleading to not inform your receptionist to emphasize on the terms instead of making a sale that's it's never expire and will remain on the account. I had a peace of mind signing up for the membership knowing I can use it anytime and knowing my right. I not only walk away from the business feeling unappreciated and cheated but also upset by the way it was informed back to me why the service expired by throwing a printout and highlighted the terms and conditions. Obviously, I didn't have time to read these terms and conditions when you get rushed into a massage session with a bunch of new client paperwork to fill out where your needs to be focus on instead I trust the words of a receptionist when they made sale of the membership. At the end of the day, what I want was services I already paid and it's wrong for business to find these loopholes to not obligated to the law.
