It was also nicely fried and not greasy like most places. The stuffing was a little different with the shredded pork. I am not used to that but it tasted fine. Bun Bo Hue - Being Vietnamese and eating it growing up, I am very familiar with the dishes. This noodle dish was tasty but it did not have those spices that make it bun bo.
