I would give this car wash 6 stars but the customer service i received today 4-25-16 was absolutely the WORST customer service EVER!!!! I brought my car here 2X.. The first time was Saturday 4/23 i got the gold express wash ... by the time i got home i had tire shine all over my car from them putting it on entirely TO wet... i came back on sunday 4/24, didnt mention it to them, instead just paid for another wash.... got home again same deal and this time i even politely the guy not to put so much this time..... not saying he did it intentionally though by any means.. so today i came back here 4/26 and explained to the attendant what my problem was... im guessing the hispanic guy (not sure of his name) is the shift supervisor but his attitude towards me was not professional at all... i politely explained to him my situation and he just blew me off and said theres nothing he can do about it... and that it wasnt his fault.... my car is white, wheels and all... and all over my car is their tire shine ... all over the glass, mirrors, doors, qtr panel, fender, etc... what ever happened to customer service... i too work n the automotive industry and at my shop we strive for nothing lesa than great customer service... our fault or not... im very disappointed with the treatment i received here today..this was my favorite car wash because of how great of a job they have always done on my dodge charger.. but after today, i will be in search of a new place that will hopefully give me better customer service read more

Every time I go to this car wash I leave disappointed. My wash cost me $26 and my car is somewhat cleaned but never completely dry. I ask them to touch up a couple spot which they should see anyway if they're drying your car. That said, I never leave a tip because they don't deserve it. read more

I get the monthly deal and I'm very happy. I've been to alot of car washes and thus is by far the most thorough. I've watched the management(I go a few times a week) and they ensure that the workers are consistent and professional. Also there customer service is spot on. read more

I am kinda shocked to see how silly some reviews are. I have been coming here for years. Get real people. I drive from Plano because they do a better job of cleaning than any place I have tried. That is a fact. If you have time to sit and watch the young clerks with your keys just to see how long it takes to call you, then go home and write a lengthy review about how disrespected you are, you have way to much time on your hands. We took our week-old truck for wash and the service got was not even average. The workers didn't clean the glass and barely wiped down the outside glass. The didn't even do a basic/partial wipe down of the console - all of which came with the service we paid for. We won't be going back and we should get a refund. read more

Horrible customer service from the employees and supervisor. I took my car in for a Deluxe Wash but since I have "big" tires I was told my jeep could not go through the drive thru car wash and they could only hand wash my jeep for $35. I wondered for a second if that was true but did not want to ask any questions and said ok. Little did I know it would rain the next day so I called Royal to confirm I could receive a free car wash since it had rained since they claim they have a 48 hour guarantee. I was told by the employee who answered the phone and the supervisor Jeff that they do not have guarantees on hand washes but have guarantees on $12 car washes. I explained to the supervisor that I did not need a hand wash and that running it through the carwash was just fine but he went on to tell me my tires were too big and could not go through the drive thru carwash. I told him that was not my fault my tires were too big and he went on to tell me "how is it my fault you have big tires", talk about RUDE! I told him I have always taken my jeep to other several drive thru car washes in the DFW area and never needed a hand wash until now. He told me it was not his problem and all he could do was give me half off a hand wash. Not to mention they do not vacuum well and will not clean your consoles. They rush to get cars out as soon as they can and their service is horrible. Location is convenient but other than that do not waste your time here! read more

Went there today 3/12/15 to get my truck cleaned after the ice and snow storms. Paid $30 for the "Complete Service". They did a terrible job vacuuming out the inside, left dust all over the dash and door panels, there was an armor all type residue all over my steering wheel making it very slippery and dangerous. They put way way too much tire dressing on the tires. By the time I got home the sides of my truck were covered in tire dressing. I had to re-clean my truck once I got home just to make it look like it had gone through a wash. Complete waste of money. 3/12/2015 Car #503. Lesson learned... Won't be going back. read more

Horrible car wash!!! I have been going here for about a year. Today I got a state inspection and a 30.00 car wash. They spilled chemicals on my front seat, did not vacuum the car fully, and it took over an hour to get my car back. In addition they wiped chemicals all over my dash which I'm assuming was amorall however nothing was clean and my dash was discolored. DO NOT use this car wash if you love your car!!! read more

I was bothered when the antenna of my vehicle broke off last time it was washed here. Manager said it looked cheap anyway and it was not their problem. That answer was not good enough, therefore I sought the district manager. He was kind enough to replace and install it. With minor scratches, I don't think I want to return. If you go here, I recommend removing your antenna even if they say its ok. read more

Save your money and go to Car Spa in Dallas if you're looking for a real detail. I went in on a Saturday morning and it wasn't busy at all. There were lots of employees working, but yet they couldn't clean the inside like what I had paid for. There was dust and you could tell the back seats hadn't been wiped down. I paid extra to get all of the mud off my vehicle, but when they were done with it there was still mud on the rims and on the back end. They pay no attention to detail and are more worried about how quick they can get your car through. Waste of money!! read more

Took my car for state inspection and thought it would take 15-20 minutes, but after 45 minutes, I asked the lady at the counter to see where my car was and how much longer, she said she will check "it was not busy, no one in line" and she just sat there, after another 10 minutes I asked again, and would not leave till she got someone, then he took me to the area they do inspections, and the guy could not do it cause he could not scan the VIN, with the scanner, and he was unable to type it in manually due to the "o" key not working on his keyboard, being it is a VIN, it has no "o" they are zeros, so I entered it myself and started the test, I was now running late for work and having to do my own inspection that I had to pay for. I went in to complain to the lady and just got a blank look, I was about 20 minutes late for work at this point and just took off. This is crazy that you offer something that none of your employees can do and (or) ask for help. Clean car guarantee? Are the wheels not part of the car anymore? When I pulled in I told the write up girl I didn't want Armorall on my tires (it slings it down the side of my truck) so she told me to get the full service wash. When it came out the other end and dried it was clean....Well except the wheels. When I asked the drying supervisor about it he said I didn't pay for the tire and wheel deal. I explained to him about the Armorall and he told me I had to get the wheel and tire shine to get my chrome wheels wiped down. I asked him if I could get the wheels without the tire shine and was told no. It's a package deal. Want your wheels wiped down you have to get the tire shine. There I am.....A clean truck and dirty wheels. I pulled around back in Target's parking lot and finished cleaning the rain dirt and soap off my truck that I already payed to have done so I thought. Got to admit, this is the only car wash I have ever been to that doesn't wipe down your wheels. Lesson learned...... read more

My husband & I been coming to this car wash for a long time , never had a problem until today . I brought my car in to be washed , while I was waiting I noticed there was another car just like mine . I saw another man leaving in the car so I went outside and asked one of the workers if my car was ready . My car was moved to the detailed line . They parked it there with out telling me (usually when a car is ready they wave with a towel or they will call your number on the speaker ) I didn't think nothing of it the guy gave me my keys & I left . When I got home I noticed a huge scratch on the rear side & ding. Immediately took it back , and I asked to file a damage/incident report . I'm currently waiting for regional manager to contact me . This is a new car I just bought , one of the workers tried to tell me the ding was probably already there . But to me it's very suspicious how my car end up on the detailed line service . Anyone that goes to this car wash BE CAREFUL !! Don't leave with out checking your car . I hope they take responsibility for my car damages . One month ago I was in a car accident , some one hit me & took off . It was totaled & now my new car! This very unpleasant experience . My husband and I signed up for monthly service for both of our cars. The very day we signed up, he washed his truck and the guys broke his floor mat. He has a brand new truck and the floor mats are snap ins to the floors. The Ford service tech was amazed that this happened. He said it had to have been excessive force to break that loose. They even ripped up the carpet from the floor and also broke the rivet from the floor. The manager "TIM" refused to repair the damage even with a written estimate in hand. I then asked to cancel my newly signed service with them because I will NOT take another vehicle of mine there again. He told me no. He finally cancelled the service with the help of Mesquite PD standing over him. I still had to cancel my creditcard with my bank (at the advice of the police) and we are fighting to get our money back for the 60 dollars he took from us and did not render appropriate services. The damage to the vehicle.....well it's still 112 bucks to fix it and I guess we'll be satisfying that damage in court. Thanks for that 60 dollar car wash that cost us 112 bucks!!!! The manager refused us contact information for the owner of the franchise or any higher up contact number. He was rude, unprofessional and even got in my face as if he was going to assault me. I hope justice prevails with this guy, he has NO business working in customer service. I would NEVER trust them with my vehicles again.
