Nice spot to come get your car wash! Their employees work hard in every kind of weather. I say that because it's currently 106 degrees out and you wouldn't catch me outside. Therefore, a tip is a small token of my appreciation. If you're a Mesquite ISD employee, they offer a percentage off of your total. Another perk is that after your 7th wash you get your 8th one free! Absolutely horrible service. First, I wanted the deluxe package that included shampooing but I was told the shampoo machine "hasn't worked in a while". THEN they offer a 20 percent off discount for teachers but no one knew how to put it in the computer so I ended up paying almost full price. When I selected my package I was charged an extra mud fee, that's fine but when I got in the car it was still coveted in mud. I was then told "this doesn't come with the package". I've got my car washed here several times and I am disappointed almost every time. The staff is friendly but they don't leave my car clean. They are suppose to vacuum inside but I always find it dusty or just not vacuumed. And they never clean the inside of the cup holders. I had to get a wash during the pandemic and they did a "sanitizing Bomb" before they could start working on my car. Well, the next morning I realize they didn't bother to wipe down the sanitizer because I see the dried up specs of it on my dashboard, steering wheel, radio, everywhere! Also, they left a huge smudge on the windshield on the drivers side. Just a poor job all around. This will probably be my last visit. read more

I'm very happy with the service I received with my car wash. They did a great job with it. Even added a pina colada scent inside. Inside place had two TVs which had news and a TCU ball game with massage chairs. Staff was uber friendly. I suggest the 50 dollar wash special. You want something done right you do it yourself. Why even pay for detailing when they don't even do the most basic thing like wipe out the inside of your door panels like they say they do? None of my glass is clean on the inside. The carpets were barely vacuumed. I scrapped bird poop off of my hood right after leaving because their idea of a car wash DOESN'T consist of actually cleaning the literal crap off of it. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that they were finished pretty quick, but I can see why. It's because they barely did anything! This is very unsatisfactory. We took our truck for a Complete Detail. They say 1 and a half hour wait and we waited 3 hours. There were a lot of bad details inside the truck. I had to mention that the truck was not that dirty. My husband end up cleaning the back seats himself after paying 170 dollars because he try to tell the lady that they were dirty and she responded that some stains dont come off and that they had special foam they use, my husband wiped it off with a wet rag and it cleaned the leather. read more

This is the worst car wash ever!! I had an issue with scratches on my new car hood so the employee Paco decided to take a buffer to it and had no idea what he was doing!! Six months later I need new paint on my hood because he buffed off all the clear coat!!!! Of course the owner Jeff took zero responsibility for it. I just told him that it was GM inspected and that is exactly what happened and I knew he wouldn't take responsibility for what his employee Paco did! I had my Honda Crv-Exl ---Ultimate Deal on 06/13/2018. I could not believe the dirt was still on my car inside and out. The dash still had dust all over it and the carpet was half vacuumed front and back. My floor mats were not even in the Honda due to me taking them out and I left them at home. I actually wash them myself and let dry and put back in myself. I literally had to wash the bottom of my car all the way around. I had to open up the back in and wipe out the dust and dirt. This is my second time here, the first time I spent way too much money, spent 2+ hours and my car was barely vacuumed properly. Second time, I spend was too much, almost 2 hours, my windows aren't really clean, the back window is streaky the cup holder in the front seat is soaking wet under the protector and there is some kind of white liquid on my passenger seat, my whole dashboard is sticky and streaky, several spots where the cleaner wasn't wiped off properly and some places it wasn't wiped off at all. For $95 dollars I would expect better. I will say that did a good job at the vacuum and shampoo. read more

This is a totally average car wash. I came in, $10 in quarters in hand, ready to wreck shop on the pinball machine. Nope. They took out the ol' pinball machine as well as pacman/galaga last year. Thats a shame, because for me its kind of a deal breaker. Royal car wash looks nice enough, and they run a pretty tight ship. Lets be honest though, any drive through car wash is going to have water trapped in the mirrors and door jams, and making you buy the $39.00 wash and up to have the option to have that water blown out with air... is... a bunch of hot air. Most people wont care, but I do, and I am the customer after-all. If I ask for you to blow out my mirrors... do it. Dont charge me for 30 seconds of compressed air. Sheesh. The 7 day clean car guarantee is a plus, but this place is a far cry from Hacienda in Rockwall, which has a full scale cafe inside... AND classic arcade games. It took 15 minutes for them to vaccuum my car, a Kia that was not very dirty. Only 10 to get the car washed and 15 minutes to dry it. The was not cleaned well. Lots of bug splat not removed. Totally disappointed! Despite the bad reviews, I decided to give them a try. I paid $53 for nothing. I asked the guy how long would it take. His response was 45minutes to 1 hour, maybe less which is why I decided to go ahead and stay. I was frustrated already so I decided to go outside and see for myself what was the young man doing, he was cleaning it with no rush whatsoever. He was so calm compared to the other guys but what pissed me off he had time to play with his hair.
