I cannot stress how well I feel this procedure went. Like anyone I looked at the reviews before I booked the surgery and was SPOOKED. The recent reviews are filled with bad experiences. So when I called Liz to schedule my procedure (after she chit chatted with me about a trip I had just been on) I let her know my worries and concerns and the amount of reassurance that woman gave me was astounding. She let me know that most people with good experiences don't leave reviews so I'm here to do just that. Not only is the whole team that worked on me so amazing and friendly, but they walked me through every last silly little question the whole way through with zero annoyance or frustration. And boy did I have a LOT. During the procedure they played the kind of music I wanted to listen to and allowed me to have my face covered with glasses on so I wouldn't have to see what was going on upon request. All that to say this is not a completely painless procedure, BUT it is only in the beginning with the numbing.
