When I asked about it they said it would lower my premiums. I said I did not want this or ask for it. They did it anyways. I told them I will find a new insurance carrier and I did. My last payment was in December. Here it is March and they just took out $114. They said it was a past due payment. I told.them I was finding new insurance. They said I never called and canceled my insurance. We'll to my understanding when I said I am going to find new insurance that is canceling the insurance. I asked for them to reimburse the money they took. They said they can't and won't reimburse it. They are thief's and should go out of business. Save your money and your sanity and go with a different insurance company.

He did not ask any questions or help us in any way. I have gotten much more help from Turbo Tax for about 10% of the cost. I was concerned about the correctness and would not allow him to file electronically. I had to insist several times that they be printed so that we could file by mail. Once I got home and reviewed the papers, I found several errors that were made. I called the company to file a complaint. We heard back from a representative today who finally made the changes and thought she was doing us a great favor by not charging us anything more for the changes that were made. Unbelievable. I will never return to this company for anything and would not recommend them to anyone.
