Unfortunately, my previous insurer recently rubbed me the wrong way one too many times and I decided that I was sick of being their customer, so I went insurance shopping. Mr. Eriksen spent a solid three hours with me discussing everything that I wanted to know. Not a single time did he make me feel stupid for asking dumb questions and he made sure that I understood all the ins and outs of the insurance I was choosing. Nor did he make me feel like I was wasting his time with all the questions I was asking. It was a very long and involved meeting, but I felt welcomed and was treated like a valued customer. I'm extremely pleased with the service I received from Mr. Eriksen and the Allstate products I chose to fit my insurance needs. Hands-down, far better service than I ever received from my previous insurer.

We will never use Progressive nor would recommend them to anyone... Be aware for agents like these who are happy to take your hard earned money and not provide the basic services in return.
