He took the time to answer every one of my questions, (and I had many) without making me feel rushed, and he was honest about what he knew versus what couldn't be determined until treatment begins. That level of transparency meant a great deal to me. I came into my appointment feeling overwhelmed and anxious after receiving very different opinions elsewhere. Instead of rushing to a conclusion, Dr. Wu carefully reviewed everything, explained my options, and developed a thoughtful, conservative plan based on preserving as much healthy tooth structure as possible. I truly appreciated that his recommendations were guided by what was best for me--not by the most aggressive treatment. While this was only my first visit, I left feeling hopeful instead of defeated. That alone says a lot. His kindness, patience, and professionalism made an incredibly stressful situation feel manageable. I look forward to continuing my care with Dr. Wu!

I ended up needing to get my other remaining molars taken out too and he fully understood my hesitation since my other molars weren't hurting "yet". After going over all my options with him, I opted to get them removed at a slight later time, so that worked out great. In terms of the actual location, it was extremely clean and they were FULLY adhering to COVID guidelines and regulations. I felt comfortable at all times and their staff was 100% making sure you felt safe. Their staff was helpful in every way and was a delight to deal with during my whole stay. I must admit, I don't do doctors and dentists well, as I'm a chicken when it comes to these things. The anesthesia shot he gave me barely hurt and he pulled my nagging tooth out instantly! It was obvious he actually cares how you feel as a patient. I will be going to him from now on.

I got deep cleaning and was so grateful they recommended I changed my silver fillings from when I was a kid.My new teeth filings matches my teeth but most importantly under the old silver filings they were cavities...yuck. Abby always keeps me on track with timely reminders, so now I actually go regularly when I used to avoid it. If you're nervous about the dentist, this is the place to go. Ask for Dr. Mary Dinh--she's the one who helped me overcome what used to be a horrific experience. I'm sure the other dentists are wonderful too, but she made all the difference for me. He carefully reviewed my X-rays and took the time to explain what I should watch for. Beverly was very thorough and gentle with the cleaning. She patiently showed me how to use a water flosser and dental floss properly for better home care. I was especially impressed that she put protective goggles on me before the cleaning and also checked for any possible lumps around my neck. These thoughtful details made me feel that my health and safety were truly being taken seriously. The office was neat and tidy, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
