They're like a one stop shop doing both Invisalign for my son, implants for those who need it, and any kind of deep cleaning or upkeep on my teeth. Dr chin & dr Dinh have been the primary doctors who have been the Dentist we've seen for the past 20 years. Their professionalism shows and their entire staff are really amazing. Also, I pick up some dental oral care from them that has helped me with my teeth. I have referred numerous patients here and I would never go anywhere else. Thank you Tri-City dental!

Abby always keeps me on track with timely reminders, so now I actually go regularly when I used to avoid it. If you're nervous about the dentist, this is the place to go. Ask for Dr. Mary Dinh--she's the one who helped me overcome what used to be a horrific experience. I'm sure the other dentists are wonderful too, but she made all the difference for me. At the beginning, she wanted me to hold the suction device that throws out water. While I didn't mind this at first, I had to switch arms because I have tendinitis and cubital tunnel, so I can't bend my elbows for too long. After a few minutes I had to tell her. The metal device they use to scrape off plaque, she dug it into my gums accidentally, twice. Whatever device she was using in the first stage of the cleaning process, it was extremely loud, like nails on a chalkboard, but right next to your ear. I have a high tolerance for pain and I appreciate thoroughness, but this was excessive.

Had to wait until the following week for a manager to call me.... It was not a straight answer. Ok. Whatever. I then requested for my X-rays to be transferred over from their office & they never responded. The doctor did the cleaning as well... and I'm used to a hygienist doing it and taking their time. He seemed like he went in for less than 20 min. Overall- office is clean, staff is nice, just didn't like the dishonesty & how they didn't reply after when I asked for the X-rays.

I've been looking for a new dentist for a couple of months due to my former dentist retiring. I finally found this dentistry that I was praying for for a long time! The front desk office lady, Eunice, was so nice and took good care of my needs very well! The dental assistant, Cherry, was very good with all of the things and made me feel at home. But once you get into a consult with him, everything is very easy. Parking there is plentiful and the staff is friendly, professional and informative. Dr. Cargasacchi is great at explaining everything going that's going on and what needs to be done. He ended up doing a couple bone grafts and eventually my implant. I've had a gap where my canine should have been for most of my life and my new smile brought a lot of confidence back. It's been 8 years now and the implant is still going strong. So happy my dentist recommended him! It was a tad bit pricey, but I couldn't bare the thought of doing a bridge with other perfectly healthy teeth. Money well spent when you think of the service and longevity of the procedure.

My mom made an appointment today, January…read more17th for 11:30 AM, but on Wednesday this week, they called my mom to let her know there was an opening at 7:30 AM so my mom said it was alright and we switched to that time. The weird and suspicious thing was that before the new time for the appointment was made they had only sent confirmation for the time at 11:30 but not for the newly agreed time at 7:30. We got there 10 minutes earlier & we wait. Apparently on iPhone maps AND google maps it's closed on the weekends and opens at 9 AM which is SUPER weird. All workers got there at 8 AM, and other clients had gotten there around the same time we had arrived. My mom goes in and already the front desk lady is unprofessional and rude, my mom lets her know the whole situation and she responded rudely saying that no one called my mom to change the time and that she was the one who calls & confirms the appointment and time, and that they open at 8 AM. This was our first time here, our dentist recommended this place and another place in Riverside, so we just went to this one because it was closer and I needed to get my molars extracted. That's another thing, the appointment was for molar extraction and they didn't even let my mom know if this visit was for a consult or the extraction. Honestly extremely unprofessional, rude, would not recommend this place. Will be going to the orthodontist in Riverside. To the workers, change your hours to ACCURATE working times you have instead of putting the wrong hours and days. Do a better job of being professional.
