So we got a hotel for a week over here and let me Telya it was just about the worst experience we have ever had in the hotel we didn't get blankets until two days before we left and we didn't have any shower curtains and the only one that they gave us was moldy the lazy river has cockroaches in it and the remote for the TV doesn't even work it was a really trashy experience and all the people who wrote good stars are fakes and the showers were very disgusting there was no cleaning before we got here

We went to myrtle beach for the first time. After an hour of trying to decide were to stay we thought we settled for this place. Apon entering, what we thought was a hotel room. We were surprised to see it was a fully furnished condo. I couldn't belive it. Ocean view for $85 a night in the off-season. That's just crazy! We live on the west coast the min off-season or not for a ocean view beachfront would be at least $300 a night. All I can say it was beautiful and centrally located to everything!

Good location. Nice size. Friendly staff. Not very clean at all unfortunately. The bathroom and kitchen had actual filth.

Being that it's December, rooms are easy to find at Myrtle Beach so we waited until we got there. I found this hotel on my Hilton app and tried to book it while I was in their driveway. It wouldn't work for some reason so I went inside and talked with Angie at the front desk. Fabulous lady and super nice. She completely squared us up. She gave me the price on the app and even upgraded us for our birthday. We had a wonderful suite on the 12th floor with a spectacular view of the beach and a small deck to enjoy the view. The room featured two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. The bed was what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn; comfortable with plenty of pillows. There was a good restaurant / bar in the hotel and a couple of outdoor pools. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

The hotel staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. There was also a gentleman working during breakfast on Sunday morning (I didn't catch his name) who was especially helpful and attentive. He had on a red shirt and long hair. Service like that truly makes a difference. That said, there were a couple of downsides. My oceanfront room had a noticeable wet dog smell, which was disappointing. Also, the $25 per night parking fee feels excessive. I've chosen to stay at this property for quick beach trips over the last 10 years, and unfortunately, the parking situation alone will likely keep me from returning. I also want to note that the hotel is currently under renovations (it is the off-season), so that's something to keep in mind when booking. While I'm not disappointed in the staff at all they were amazing the added costs and room issue were enough to make me reconsider staying here again.

This one was the exception! Right on the beach with amazing ocean front room. We could see the ocean from our bed. Very private, the balconies were shielded from the neighbors and even the pools below could only see us if we were out on the balcony. The views were quite stunning! In addition, the pools were nice plus you have multiple pools to choose from. In the evening, the 2nd floor patio with fire pit was great to hang out and relax. Parking is directly across the street in the parking garage. Very quick and easy to get to. Starbucks across the street as well. Highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Check in was a breeze. Staff was super friendly. This hotel is located in a great spot...within walking distance to lots of eateries and direct access to the beach. All of the rooms have ocean views. Initially I thought the bed position was weird but I quickly appreciated waking up to views of the beach and ocean. Everything was clean and well appointed in our king room. My only complaint is that the towels were pretty bad and extremely thin, more so than any other hotel I've visited. We went to the bar on the second floor to people watch. It's a cute spot and has access to outdoor seating with a view and fire pits. Our drinks were just "ok"...I've never had ice in a French 75 and my husband's old fashioned was made with crushed ice and not a ball or large cube which was odd. There is ample parking in the deck across the street. Overall, a nice stay!

It has a great menu to help take away the hunger pains! We ordered the Fish and Chips. It came with beer batter cod, crinkle cut fries with house slaw and tater sauce. Since it was definitely post-season, we appreciated having fewer people around, making for a more relaxing stay. The weather was nice, although the water was a bit cold, but the view from the ocean-view villas was spectacular and truly beautiful. One thing I really liked was the on-site kitchen! It's a huge money-saver, especially for families. Even making one meal a day at home helps offset travel costs, and it was convenient to have that option. The hot tubs were a lifesaver since it was so cold outside, and they offered fun classes like s'mores for kids and aqua exercise classes, which added some extra entertainment. The gym was well-equipped, and the service overall was great. However, on our last day, the housekeeper knocked and entered immediately without giving us a moment to respond, that felt a bit unprofessional. Despite that, I still found the place and the area on that side of Myrtle Beach to be wonderful. If you're planning a trip, I'd definitely recommend visiting off-season for the best prices and a more peaceful experience!
