I called my sister, who has several properties in town and has a list of the trades who've done good work. She gave me the number for Crystal Clear Plumbing. He took a look at my water heater, said they could still use some of the old metal lines and straps, saved me money. Installation was fast and they left the garage cleaner than when they arrived. His excuse was that they were waiting for our property management to call them back but their office called my wife and I individually to make the appointment. The fact we were on the schedule, which they confirmed every time we called, and we didn't hear from their technician is very disappointing. Having to wait an additional 2 hours behind what was promised is not okay. It would have been okay if the technician had called us to let us know he would be late.
