Dave came out today and was able to clear our clogged downspouts and got everything cleaned and ready to go for this winter season. Sometimes I think Cedar City should be the new title holder for "The Windy City!" I had no idea that my new build home only had itty bitty screws anchoring my gutters into the fascia board. Probably Resulting in unnecessary additional stress upon the gutters due to the constant Gusty winds that we get here in Cedar City. So imagine my relief after booking my appointment for an estimate to repair/replace downspouts and seam leaks that the gutter doctor would replace basic and missing screws with preventative materials (rubber washer anchoring screws-see pic) to get the gutters completely and securely anchored and then proceed with the Flex Seal seam/downspout connectors treatment and an actual downspout replacements that were leaking. Thank you gutter doctor, Loni in the office and Daniel in the field who made it out before the next big storm! It's an astonishing value and even if you have a new build home there's a possibility that they may have cut corners on the type, length of screws or even missing screws anchoring your gutter. I had the Gutter doctor put up seamless gutters and snow bars on our home. The work was excellent at a very reasonable price. I called them back to put up additional snow bars where I had no gutters. They came out used 10 feet of snow bar. When I went to pay I was told there would be no additional charges. I was blown away. We had Gutter Doctor come and give us an estimate for complete replacement of our old guttering and installing new. His estimate was the same as the other estimate we got and schedule us for 6 weeks. A week later he called and said he had a cancellation the next day and wanted to come and do our small job. He finished the job in a day, found some issues behind our old guttering that he brought to our attention and fix for us with very little extra charge for all the work he did. I called for leaf Filter, two guys come out and install "Leaf Guard" not what asked for. Installer ask for the check in his name (real professional). The installer tells me after I wrote the check " I hope it works with the pine needles they can get through and you may will need to blow them off periodically".
