When I was at school, I sat in the waiting room every morning for a good ten minutes, watching countless people come and go, clog the room up then leave for work. As you can guess, the mornings are very busy, but apart from that the station is usually fairly quiet.
The staff there are great and fairly quick, but if social interaction isn't your thing you can always use the automatic ticket machine on one of the platforms. read more
