I didn't mention it to Kirk, but I'm a lawyer, so I can tell you that I've dealt with many private investigators before, and Kirk's work was not only excellent, but reasonably priced. Slam dunk case but in California if you don't have insurance, you have nothing coming. In spite of all this, in spite of not being able to show lost wages, this young attorney managed to squeeze north of $200,000 from this company, a household name company with unlimited resources! On top of that, there was not one moment where I felt he was being disingenuous. And my BS meter is surgically sensitive. Friendly and sincere yet at the same time extremely professional. Has the balls to dig in his heels for his clients, and that pays! It pays because corporate attorneys are bullies, but Mr. Mustoe grew up in an environment where he had to stand tall or die. Rodriguez and Associates are astonishingly lucky to have a man of this character, courage and integrity. I HIGHLY recommend that you look into this good man to help you navigate the evil swamp of greed called "Personal Injury Litigation". P.S. This firms' secretaries, paralegals and drivers are fantastic people, real people who make real connections to the client without being intrusive or fake. Just a really good experience. Trust me.
