I spoke the…read moreowner on the phone and told her our house size, condition, etc. and what I was expecting as it was for a photo shoot for listing our house for sale. 4 bed 2 bath 1,780 sq ft. She quoted me $400, so in my head I was factoring tips for her staff. However when they cleaned the house it was a basic clean. What you would expect in a weekly cleaning, NOT a deep clean. I had to specifically ask and remind the crew that I requested prior that the windows were cleaned inside and out. The did not clean the outside until I had to ask and they called their boss to confirm. The slider door track wasn't cleaned, base boards, doors, trim, wasn't cleaned free of finger prints, just not what you expect when you state very clearly your expectations. The realtor of course had nothing to say but patronize me about how it wasn't them, blah blah, I reiterated THEY recommended her and I not only didn't get what I paid $150+ extra for but I had to re clean my own house for the photos after paying $550! The quality of service is a systemic problem in this town filled with corruption and lies. I DID NOT tip voluntarily and immediately complained to the referee of the transaction. Why would I tip if I wasn't happy, it was what I was billed.?Toxic, bullying and intimidation filled with lies is how this town operates. Good riddance.

My Mom hired Mayra and her team to clean the floors…read morein the house and bathroom for Thursday afternoon because she told us that she is only available in the afternoon and in our neighborhood Thursday and Friday. When Thursday afternoon came they were running late and didn't show up because of her team over extending services for another client that shouldn't have been done. So we decided to give them a second chance and reschedule for Monday morning July 21st 830 and was promised by Ms. Mayra we would be the first customer cleaning on the list . Ha! Wrong 9:30 rolled around and the calls kept going to voicemail not answering calls I guess.Finally was able to reach Ms.Mayra and she had a unpleasant unprofessional tone and said that we mixed up the hours and that we had an appointment at 10 somewhere else and she would be there by 10? Huh? Wanted to give Ms. Mayra and her team business but this is not worth the time when you don't show up and try to put blame on the customer. Like I said don't bother with hiring her at all.

The company confirmed the appointment but there was never any follow through by their representative. Clearly, they need to improve before attempting to solicit new customers. I have the staff members name but do not want to mention it so not to.embarass him for the lack of follow through ( Diego). Im taking a pass on this company. Lack of simple follow through is indicative of larger problems in house. Easy to make an assertion of a cancelled call-which is an outright, boldface lie. You folks need to get it together. Take responsibility for your mistakes and do better. Good luck to the next business person that wastes their time with your company.
