This review is a Good Samaritan report on this Port Hope Appliance store- a real gem! We have a…read moreBosch dish washer being used by 2 " little old people". The wash time of 2 hrs and 35 min was driving us nuts, especially when our family of 14 show up for a delicious dinner and we need 2 washing turns. We called Bosch customer service 3 times to get advice on how to reduce the wash time. The first 2 calls, following extensive discussion , a review of the manual and delays by service person seeking expert advice, produced nothing useful. The 3rd call was more beneficial but the result was the same. HOWEVER, one customer service person gave us the name of a genuine Bosch repair company - Joice - Sweanor Appliances in PORT HOPE Ontario only 106 km from our downtown TORONTO condo. In desperation, I called. The lady ( owner? ) who answered was amazing helpful even though it was clear to her that I was likely not a paying customer. She promised to consult with her tech staff , who were out on repair calls, and call me back. Early this morning I received the call and the tech's patient advice while I tried all options reduced the wash time by 50 minutes. Hallelujah! The humanity of patient, selfless, and genuine service in "small town" Canada is alive and thriving. Thank you from the bottom of my wife's heart. P.S. I'm a hero for a day! A grateful Milt Moskowitz
