Do not hire Brent unless you want to call 50 times (literally called him 1-2x a day and left VM…read moreeach time) and send 50 follow up emails before you are able to get into touch with him to get your survey report!! He gladly took my money and came out timely to do the survey, which was great. Communication was great up until that point. The survey was for a new construction home, so the bank needed the survey before the first draw of money was released to the builder. The builder had to wait almost 2 months to receive his first draw. That means his sub-contractors almost did not get paid for 2 months!!! The builder is not a bank to fork out all that money because someone else cannot do their job! When I finally got into contact with Brent, he was very rude about the situation and yelled into the phone and hung up. Thankfully the survey report came within a couple hours of him finally answering. It was very stressful. If I had not already paid him, I would have not played his games and had someone else come out in a heartbeat. We have 10 acres, so it was not cheap to just simply have someone else come out. I did not read reviews prior, and I definitely should have considering all the reviews are consistent that this man does not know how to run an effective business.
