We contacted All Brick Design in mid June to discuss the work that needed to be done and get a quote to do the work.  We signed a contract and were given a date of mid- August to do the project.  It was estimated that it would take about 4 days to do the work.   Just as promised, All Brick Design came in August and completed the work in 3 days.  The new stone work in the front of the house, as well as the new paver  patio in the back yard looks great. We would highly recommend All Brick Design to any of our friends needing any kind pf brick or stone work done.  We will definitely use them again when we need any more work done. That's when he told me he had actually been hoping I wouldn't call back because All Brick Design could not honor the quote he had given me. He said the job would cost significantly more than the written estimate. I don't understand the purpose of providing a written quote if the company has no intention of honoring it. When I told him I would leave a review based on my experience, he accused me of threatening him. A review is not a threat--it's a way for customers to share their honest experiences with others. We hired them five home improvements: (1) a 14x40 paver patio, (2) 50 feet of paver sidewalk with stairs, (3) a 20 foot front sidewalk walk and (4/5) two sets of Trex stairs. We absolutely love all of it. They were professional, dependable, prompt, polite, and courteous. A special thank you to: Scott and Mike (together they led the entire project), Cleo and his Team (laid all of the pavers - pure artistry), and Larry and the Carpenter Crew (built the steps). Disappointed with the quality of work and finished project. If you are considering hiring this company, I would ask detailed questions and ask for some job references. He definitely does not stand behind quality work and making his customers happy.

After I removed it, I found that most of the block support behind that was also loose or missing. I put in a call to several contractors for quotes. Brickworks was the first to respond and came up with an innovative repair plan. All others immediately said the whole porch would need replaced at almost 2x Brickworks quote. Decided to take a chance and was quite pleased. They repaired the structure, installed new fascia brick and were able to salvage some flagstone pieces to repair the surface of the porch. Everything was coated with waterproofing. However, when they were done they did an amazing cleanup and even repaired and seeded a few sq ft of damaged grass and reinstalled mulch around the porch. You would never have known that they were there except for the fact that the porch looked amazing. This work was done last year. It weathered great during the winter. I've always meant to post a review but never got around to it. I'd get a guilty feeling every time I'd see their trailer. Today I couldn't take it any more and just had to post. Would recommend them without reservation!

A neighbor recommended this place, I called today and they were able to fit me in today as well. The cost was $400, when I called on the phone they said costs usually started at $200, but this was fine by me because I believe he had to replace a part and do a bit more work to get the fireplace to work. They do take credit cards and there are no fees to use one, also. Based on this experience I would absolutely use Ace Fireplace again if I was having fireplace issues.

The building was an unassuming brick number, with only hints of what they do on the outside, but inside, they truly have a lovely set up that showcased their offerings. We ended up getting quotes from several vendors, but ultimately decided to move forward with PMS because of all of the extra things they offered and the variety of their selection. From start to finish, my experience with PMS was professional yet quick. The day the crew came to our house, I was surprise to see that Parker was there to make sure the office and the work crew were on the same page. I was frankly amazed how quick they were able to clear our the posts from the old deck (we did the demo ourselves), move the sprinklers system (with very little damage), and graded the ground. Also, I cannot say enough about the crew they sent. I believe the foreman was Noe and over the 3 days they were at our house, they work from dawn to dusk, and were fast, yet meticulous, as they laid the pavers, while also cleaning up after themselves. Based on my experience, I kind of wish I had just used them for the entire backyard. If you can afford PMS, I highly recommend this company.
