Several times they have called and said "we will be out to address the issue and charge ... " I've had to stop them and say... "No, this is not your responsibility. It is an HOA matter, please contact them or let me know and I will happily take care of putting in a request for service". They don't screen people very well.

Now I spoken to them they send out a renew form to do I understand I had a balance but I had the money to clear it out was about to do it on December I get a letter aka notice to quit it's December and now I have to be out by 01/09/2026 they tell me the owner don't want your money just want you out I was a great tendent no problems at all shit happens but you putting me out by Jan 9 2026 don't recommend I have a 8 year old son not cool and heartless mi winter and act like I'm the worse tended
