She never pressured us to sign an exclusive agreement while we were looking. She said her hard work will speak for itself. And it did. Mary was SUPER patient with us. We were so so specific in wanting to live in one neighborhood that it took us really 1.5 years to find the perfect house. She stuck with us. She never pressured us. In fact, a couple of times we looked at houses she said "nope, this is not the one - you can do better..." Mary is kind, patient and knowledgeable. She gave us the advice we needed to be the winning bid on our dream home in our dream neighborhood. It was her advice that made us the winning bid. We plan to use Mary Plesz to sell our old house now. She's already been over to do a walk through and advise us on how to update and stage it to make it the quickest smoothest possible transaction. The only regret I have is that I didn't meet Mary sooner!

We chose Randy to help us sell our home. He came over for an initial interview/consultation and was…read moreprompt and well prepared. Randy showed us the great lengths he took to sell a home, including fantastic, professional pictures, a website and slideshow, and included home warranties. His team worked to help us stage our home with what we already owned. I can't brag enough about the pictures taken. They were by a professional photographer and I'm sure they were instrumental in generating traffic. We sold our home is less than a day. Seriously, less than 24 hours and before our open house, we had an offer for asking price. Closing with Randy's team was easy and quick. I really felt like they cared about us and our family even after such a short amount of time. They gifted us a bottle of wine with a customized label of our home and it's story. Documents were clearly worded and error free. I would recommend Randy and his team to anyone in the area. Thank you so much!

Great people here. The apartments are VERY large and spacious. The tenants are all very nice, as is…read morethe office staff! Response to work orders is very quick! Landscaping is always kept up! I only have a couple gripes. I rented the 3rd floor one bedroom apartment. The people on the 2nd floor below me have to suffer when i walk up here, due to it sounding like I am stomping ....but I am not stomping. The berber carpet has virtually No padding, thus the 2nd floor hear every step I take. In fact, the floor even vibrates. I mentioned this to the office staff, they explained that the building is old, but sturdy. Which is true, as far as i can tell. My apartment inside is awesome, however; the appearance of the complex, namely its 1970-ish look should be updated. It reminds me of Kings Court in Miami Florida when I lived there and Donnie Brasco was there. But for the price you cant beat this place. It is close to every thing, I just love it here. Oh, my other gripe was that this building I am in, only has one washer and dryer for 12 units. Thats like crazy. The last place I rented via RentDotcom was in Orchard Park, NY, and it had 12 units but had 5 washers and dryers for the building. Currently I have like 40 lbs of laundry to do and cant seem to get to the washer before anyone else. So I have decided to sort through my laundry and throw out most of it. Oh well. Thats life. So to sum up my opinion, this is a Great Place to live! Oh, if you have pets, they have a Pet Building here! Very nice! I wish I had brought my dog, Im so lonely here. But thats another story. If you want a bargain apartment, with great staff, great neighbors, no drama, The Landings at Fountain Pointe is the place to live! Cheers, Carol
