When we told the others what we were looking for they each told us the cookie cutter assembly line way they did things. The owner of this firm, Matt Johnsrud, took the time to understand what we wanted and then bent over backwards to provide exactly that. My spouse described him as like an angel who swooped into a bad situation and handled it is a way that gave us great comfort. He was up front about his prices which were the lowest in town and applied no sales pressure whatsoever but we hired him because of his flexibility and sensitivity. He personally handled everything from pickup at the hospital to drop off at the crematorium. This is the best experience we have ever had with a funeral director. We recommend him unconditionally.
