They also have three amazing, well-behaved dogs that hang out on-site, including one with a vital medical alert responsibility. Cleanup went above and beyond my expectations. Where do I begin!? I started working for Darryn in the fall of 2023. Started at $25 and the guy…read moretalked a big game about taking care of his guy. Also mentioned that he does incentive pay based on performance. Sounded nice and things were good the first two years! Didn't receive incentive pay the first year due to not working long enough. The second years incentive pay is where things started taking a turn for the worse. We had agreed on a number plus I had almost 40 working hours on top of the incentive (all around Christmas time) The check I got wasn't even close to the number we agreed and I found out a year later it was due to equipment being messed up which I had nothing to due with. Yes I did man up to my mistakes. Third years incentive was taken due to me driving a company work vehicle without permission and the timing chain went on it 4 hours away from home. Yeah, I messed that up BIG time! So this year I was on my A game when it came to the incentive pay. In 2025 he had some fraud issues and payroll lady problems. I had numerous checks come messed up! NUMEROUS!!! Short hours, missing OT hours, him taking OT hours and counting it as straight pay. Countless problems on managements end! This year alone I've been shorted OT hours and full paychecks taken due to management issues! (with proof!!!!!!!) When I would say something about it to the new payroll lady she would snap on me and talk down to me even when I had proof of the missing hours. I haven't received any kind of raise, not even a penny! This past week he transferred me to a temp agency and I was screwed on 30 hours of PTO! He had a truck up here that he knew wouldn't start all the time and I had no means to another work vehicle so I didn't get to make the schedule shift (again with proof) He called the temp and told them he no longer wanted me to work for him. Almost four years of my life with this company, countless holidays without holiday pay. Working 6 nights a week which leaves no room for family nor friends. Even trying to get a day off was like pulling tooth and nail. For those of you that are reading this and think I'm just some disgruntled ex-employee. It's way deeper than that and I promise you that! I told him Monday 6/22/2026 that I wanted to leave on good terms and I put my two week in but then I was informed that I no longer directly worked for him. Little background info, I live in WI and the company is based out of Grand Rapids MN. I held the only sweeping position in the twin ports. No backup, no one! Terrible place to work and terrible person to work for! I wouldn't give him any of my business and I hope you do the same! I hope this reaches all the right people because that dude doesn't deserve what he inherited! PERIOD!!!!!!
