From out of town for the week, found this range to hit with our family. Great service, clean facility, great vibes! 10 out of 10, highly recommend! read more

I was in town on vacation and hadn't been shooting in many years, and so when I saw the level of care and education that Rowdy's provides to their clients, I thought it would be a good fit! I was very right! They were super helpful in helping me to understand what sort of handguns are on offer (for rental) and what to expect both on the range and in the shop. The range felt very safe and even as someone with little experience I felt like I could manage without having an instructor. If you're truly new to shooting sport (like if you haven't ever held a gun before, you'd probably want to start with a class since this experience was more hands off), but their staff is there to guide you through anything you could possibly need to know! I'll be back when I'm in town again, I'm looking forward to it! read more

Too hot to shoot in the desert, so I gave Rowdy's a try. Clean, nice looking shop, appears well stocked. Got assigned a lane and when I tried to get near my stall, there was a HUGE group blocking me every time I tried to move and completely taking up all my assigned space at the reload bench. I found out later they had five shooters on the lane next to me when Rowdy's own rules say it's four max. They also had others just watching sucking up valuable space in the tiny range. When I said something to an employee, he just wanted to swipe my card and get me moving out the door. read more

It was a very fun and great learning experience. The staff was very friendly. I took my daughter here on Wednesday for ladies night. Very reasonable prices here. The gun selection was great too. We will be back. I just wished they were open until 8. read more

Rowdy's Range - Gun/Rifle Ranges Near Me - St George, Utah

This is a really nice place as shooting ranges go. It's clean and well organized with lots of firearms on display. The range is excellent. Everything works, it's well ventilated and a couple of air conditioners keep it nice and cool in our St George heat. They have a nice selection of guns that can be rented and ammo is reasonably priced. The staff is very helpful and made the whole experience a pleasure. I'll definitely be returning. read more

Had a great time at Rowdy's today! The facility and staff are top notch!! Thanks for the hospitality and fun!! read more

From start to finish the expirence was fantastic! All the staff were professional, explained how to use the weapons in detail and made my partner and I feel at ease with any questions we had. They had a big variety of guns to shoot including automatics. We're so glad we stopped here after our trip to zion national park and would highly recommend this place! read more

Great range and employees. Jason gives great lessons for beginners and advanced. Very reasonable annual passes

Coming from New Zealand where handguns are banned (the Police aren't even officially armed), we like to find a range for some handgun practice whenever we are in the US. As I was staying around St George I did some research and Rowdy's Range & Shooters supplies came up with great reviews, so that was good enough for me. I found Rowdy's easily on Industrial Road. Its a lovely new facility with good parking. The best asset of this establishment is their staff. All credit to the team at Rowdy's. Everyone was so kind and helpful, regardless of who walked through the door, the excellent service was consistent. The facilities and services were top notch. It was nice too that there wasn't that attitude thing going on like I've found at other gun ranges.. When I come back to this lovely part of the country I will be back to see you guys. Thanks again and best regards... read more

My last stop in my quest for equipment. They had what I was looking for and more stuff than I imagined. Definitely worth the trip to Rowdy's even to browse. I inquired about the use of the range and was pleasantly informed of the rules. Much more accommodating than some other ranges I have I have visited. Staff was most accommodating and friendly. Great selections and great prices. read more

I had the opportunity to take the concealed carry course as a review and found it most helpful. It was presented most completely and professionally with plenty of time for questions. read more

My husband and I had an awesome time here! We were visiting from California and decided to try a shooting range because it was right next to the hotel we were staying at. The prices were well priced with a good selection of guns to try. Staff were also very knowledgeable and friendly as well as the regulars there! If you are visiting or live nearby, I highly recommend that you give this place a try :). We will be coming back here whenever we are in Utah! read more

I'm from L.A. and wanted to try out a range in Utah to see what it's like out here. Great customer service and fair price. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. No gun snobs. My girl is scared of guns but the staff put her at ease and were very helpful and clear with their instructions. Definitely recommend it. read more

I love this place both for shooting and picking up anything gun related your may need from parts to guns and even classes to get your concealed carry permit. Prices are very reasonable and staff is helpful. read more

Rowdy's Range - Great clean range and well ventilated. - Gun/Rifle Ranges Near Me - St George, Utah

This store is great love the selection there. My mom and my sister both love going to the range on ladies night

Couldn't be nicer folky. Buddy of mine recommended as friendly and helpful. Lots of knowledge on the Productos. You're gonna thank me. read more

Jim and Ralph are arrogant men. They look down their noses at customers and treat them like they are idiots. They treated me and my wife like we did not know what we were doing (we have been shooting for over 25 years) I spoke to a guy named Jason who was awesome. He has always been humble and treated us like customers should be treated. The range itself is awesome.... but these two guys need to go. read more

Nice little shooting range with an excellent firearms and shooting supply store. Staff was great and the facility is well kept.

Wonderful and comfortable from the moment we walked in the door! Fantastic guys running the place! Colby (part owner) is an inviting and respectful guy that didn't make us feel out of place cause of our lack of experience. Fun and learning environment amongst everyone once on the range too! If I didn't live all the way in San Francisco I'd be a regular :) read more

Nice folks but they don't have all that much inventory. They apparently do have outstanding instruction there -- I didn't have time to attend but there was a huge line on a Saturday morning and the staff seemed able to work through the scheduling pretty efficiently. read more

Their customer service rules. I'll spare you the long laundry list of above and beyond the call of duty services they've performed at no cost. I can't begin to put a price tag on all the advice, feedback and instruction they've hand out free of charge just for the asking. Suffice to say the services I've received from their incredibly awesome and knowledgeable staff has more than compensated me for my modest monthly membership fee. Bottom line is these guys (and gals) know their business. read more

I went here to take the course required for the Utah concealed carry permit. The store is well stocked, the clerks knowledgeable and the atmosphere relaxed. Rowdy presented the course in a manner that anyone should find relaxed, informative and valuable. Anyone interested in gun safety would find the course right on target. I plan on returning to visit the range soon. read more

This place is great! I would recommend the CFP course from this place to everyone! Great staff and most knowledgeable.

Bought a Glock G43 from Rowdy's, $449, this was the lowest price in town matched only by Cal Ranch. But at Rowdy's I was able to take the gun along with others they recommended to their range and try them out. This is free if you go ahead and purchase the gun. I also took the CCW class they offer which was great. If you're looking for a gun or accessories I'd stop by their store and check prices. I was suprised. read more

Amazing place, friendly staff, good prices. We used their shooting range and rented out several weapons - started with .22 handgun and finished with full auto suppressed machine gun. Very good experience overall. read more

These guys are awesome. I am new to firearms and shooting. I made my very first gun purchases with Rowdy's Range and they were VERY helpful. Jason helped me zero my AK sights and gave me some great advice, tips, and hands on training free of charge with my purchase. Jason is a great guy and I'm sure you will find as I did that the guys at Rowdy's Range are honest and competitive in pricing. They carry top of the line accessories as well as firearms and ammo. It's always fun going into this joint. read more

Had a great experience at Rowdy,s Range. Nice clean place with friendly personnel. It has a great selection of shooter supplies as well as plenty of firearms to rent or purchase. read more

I'm a Californian, so this is kind of an outsider's view. The range itself was a bit smaller than I'm used to (6 bays? maybe 8?) but that may be because Utahns are allowed to shoot in more places, with more freedom than californians. Perhaps they simply don't need a 30 lane indoor range in St. George. Very friendly, professional staff. Clean range, Beautiful pro shop. Excellent rental supply, including suppressors and automatic firearms if I'm not mistaken. Training classes available as well. They don't' appear to have one of those stupid "2 seconds between shots" rules. Friendly customers. I took my Mom here for her first shooting experience, and it was a great trip all around. read more

Still a wonderful range and gun shop! Since my last review, the place has gotten way more popular. You may have to wait a bit for a turn in the range but still worth the wait. Sure hope they expand the range! We need this place to grow. read more

Awesome indoor range. Very nice people. One of the owners even has an awesome Camaro! Thanks guys! We had fun!

French guys. First time. They are so nice and patient. They have showed and explained us everything in the shop. Great experience!

10/10 wish i could put 100000 stars!! Everyone there is so patient and makes you feel so confident about shooting (it was the first time for most of us!) had the best time ever. wanted to buy a gun after haha. loved the energy and vibes of the workers. read more

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I went in to explore home and personal protection, knowing very little about either. I take protecting my family and finances seriously. Both were received by the staff with simple respect and guidance. I have been in gun shops and felt stupid being a man knowing so little about guns or ammo. Here, I never once felt anything but that I was in the right place for family and my limited pocket book. I left smiling. read more

I've been here twice. The staff is always super nice. It's a great range to shoot and try before you buy. I'll be going back again next time I'm in town!! read more

Great place to go if you're looking to purchase firearms, accessories, and ammo. The concealed carry course is great! It's well rounded and the owner is really knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly and won't hesitate to address concerns or provide assistance. I went in the other day to get my permit renewed and Colby(I hope that's how it's spelled) did a great job helping me out with everything. I would definitely go back again soon. read more

This is a great place, especially if you are new to shooting. Very clean, and extremely nice people. Everyone I have ever met are very helpful and happy to talk about anything you want to know. Never felt out of place, and usually see all kinds of people there, not just what you may think of in terms of stereotypes. This is really a first class place. They have a great storefront with everything you could want or need, and have more than a dozen guns for rent to try out if you're trying to decide what works for you. I brought clients from China in for the afternoon because they were so intrigued by being able to shoot guns, especially the fully auto rifles they had for rent. A much better experience than shooting in the desert heat at rocks and cans. I knew of the place for years before I decided to go in and take a look. I had visions of "better than you" gun guys who know everything, but this was definitely NOT that place. I would take my mom there. In fact, I would send her in there alone and know they would take good care of her. Ok, now the big downside. It is addicting. Get a membership. read more

This is a great place to play shooting. The guys in store are really nice and patient to teach me everything I need to notice at the first time playing gun. I am so appreciate Kobe be my teacher. I highly highly recommend this place for people who want try the REAL feeling of playing shooting. read more

Hands down the best range I've been to, but it's the people who really make the difference at Rowdy's. I came in for three straight days earlier this month and from the start I was welcomed and helped by the staff. Brett figured out that the magazine that came with my AR was bad, and with a new one everything was great. I talked to Rowdy about red dot optics and with his help had a real nice UTG installed on the gun. On my last day I was having trouble with all my shots going left and low and I thought it had to be me and I would correct this with more practice. So I was packing up to leave when Jason came over to see how I was doing. I told him about my problem and he wouldn't let me leave until he figured out what was wrong. Turns out I needed a riser for the red dot, and after installing it he dialed in the scope to perfection. I was back to putting my shots right where I wanted them. Jason probably spent 30-45 minutes helping me and never once did he make me feel like a rookie, novice, new comer. If anything he treated me as an equal. Now I don't live anywhere near Rowdy's in fact I drove 8 hours to get to Saint George but I'm not complaining. I wish I could take a couple of California gun shop and range employees with me so they could see the right way to run a gun business that believes in customer service first. Rowdy I'll be back in September, and thanks for everything read more

Being completely honest and unbiased. Wanted badly to support local business, but notice most positive results are folks from out of town. Range is too small, items overpriced and would not match price of other excellent firearms dealers in town. Took a class there and it was a cluster from the beginning....lack of organization within company, classroom not large enough to accommodate class size, authorized personnel did not sign state documents had to refile. Not a good feeling for a weapons dealer to portray. Shoot in the desert and buy from a reputable dealer. This place is for the elderly. Will never set foot in there again. read more
