They treat your little one like family and that is why I only choose them to take care of my doggy kid Maggie! Their continuous communication is peace of mind to me. They take the time to send notes, videos and communicate how your dog is doing and interacting with others. But on top of all, they are genuinely great people. They are flexible and accommodate varying needs. This is like a dog camp, resort and family reunion in one unique and spacious place! The facility is very well designed to make your pup feel at home. Our dogs love this place in Naples ! Kate & Joe & Connor work so hard to make everything clean & safe for all the doggies & we love the videos we get daily from Connor ! It's a huge sense of peace & relief seeing them play & enjoy the outside dog park area with all their fur buddies while we are gone. They have 3 different outdoor clean play spaces for big doggies, small doggies & senior doggies to feel comfortable. Rovers owners have thought of everything to make us dog owners feel secure & knowing your pup will be well taken care of while you are gone. We've been bringing our French Bulldog to Rover's Retreat for over 6 years, and we truly wouldn't trust anyone else with her care. The entire team is incredible.......so loving, attentive, and professional. They treat our Olive like their own, and it shows in every interaction. We have been leaving our baby at Rovers Retreat for the past 3 years. We love to travel but always feel really feel guilty leaving her. Joe, Conner or Kate always send us a video every day which is reassuring that she is in good hands. She can roam about and doesn't have to sleep in a kennel and they play frisbee (her favorite) with her all of the time. She is also a door dasher (terrier) but they are fenced in still giving her freedom to play. I don't know if we would be able to travel if we didn't have Rovers Retreat to take care of her. There is nowhere better to Board or do a Day Care than Rover's Retreat. I have been taking my pup Baxter there for over a year now- often- and I know when I have to go away he is in good hands. The facility is fantastic - the pups live there as they do at home- on sofas and easy chairs in a Family Room setting of their own. They can run in and out and enjoy being with the other dogs. We get videos of the the dogs with commentary from Connor who is a riot when he's talking to them. The family that owns and runs Rover's Retreat are terrific and very responsible and caring. Rover's Retreat is hands-down the best place I could ever imagine for my dog, Beau. Every time we pull into the driveway, he gets SO excited--tail wagging, ready to run in like it's his second home. The owners are absolutely amazing--so kind, accommodating, and clearly passionate about the dogs they care for. It's such a relief knowing that Beau is not only safe, but genuinely happy and loved while he's there. Whether it's for a weekend stay or a longer trip, I never have to worry. Birdie my Cavapoo puppy has enjoyed Rover's retreat twice a week since February. I am impressed with how dog friendly and clean this facility is! Buttons and Nugget (our golden retrievers) are regulars at Rovers Retreat. Kate, Connor and Joe treat them like family. We get constant communication when we leave them for an extended stay.
