We were looking for a contractor to help us with some window and door replacement for our home in Prescott. We contacted Darryl and he responded immediately and met with us within a few days. We were impressed with his prompt response and his professionalism. Darryl was instrumental in working with us and Prescott Windows and Doors, their stucco people, and hired a painter to finish the job. We were pleased with his work so hired him again in January to upgrade two bathrooms and re-do a craft room/office. There were many tradespeople involved in this project - designer, carpenter, tile, flooring, stucco, painter, plumber, and electrician - and Darryl dealt with and coordinated with all of them. We had workers here every day working towards a tight deadline which he met. Darryl was a pleasure to work with and always wanted to make sure we were happy with how things were proceeding. We would definitely use Darryl for any future home projects and recommend him highly. Darryl Lewallen (928) 910-5589

Mark is simply the best! Such a great guy who also does great work!…read more I had an illuminated solar powered address sign put on our stone mailbox by my awesome handyman - who did exactly as I'd asked him. Unfortunately, the visible black cord that was on the side of mailbox looked increasingly tacky each time I looked at it. My husband and I racked our brains on ways we could hide/camouflage the cord and we finally decided the best way would be to dig out the mortar between stones and hide the cord that way, running it to the back of the mailbox . I reached out to Mark with photos of what we were dealing with and how we thought we could fix and Mark made it happen, even working us into his busy schedule. Mark is a true professional craftsman and I'm thankful to have found him!

If you are looking for a topnotch contractor to support your home improvement or renovation…read morerequirements, I highly recommend considering Pine Ridge Renovation & Construction, LLC. Fred Aziz is the owner (General Contractor ROC# 350558). Fred is personable, communicates well, timely (keeps his project schedule commitments), affordable, and, most importantly, produces top quality results. We were fortunate to find Fred after interviewing several contractors for a major renovation project on a home we recently purchased in Hassayampa. Fred is very "hands-on," completing most of the work himself (i.e., very few, if any, subs). He frequently updates you on progress and seeks your input on materials and design considerations. Fred is relatively new to the Prescott area (having been here about one year), but he is not new to construction. He has years of experience, including running his own business in Thousand Oaks, CA. I can't think of anything Fred isn't capable of handling. He has a wide array of talents and skills. Prescott is filled with a lot of mediocre contractors (from landscaping to roofing, you name it). Fred is the needle in the haystack! Again, highly recommend Pine Ridge. Call Fred at 928-450-6577. Or you can email him at pineridgerc@gmail.com. You won't be disappointed.
