If you are looking for a topnotch contractor to support your home improvement or renovation…read morerequirements, I highly recommend considering Pine Ridge Renovation & Construction, LLC. Fred Aziz is the owner (General Contractor ROC# 350558). Fred is personable, communicates well, timely (keeps his project schedule commitments), affordable, and, most importantly, produces top quality results. We were fortunate to find Fred after interviewing several contractors for a major renovation project on a home we recently purchased in Hassayampa. Fred is very "hands-on," completing most of the work himself (i.e., very few, if any, subs). He frequently updates you on progress and seeks your input on materials and design considerations. Fred is relatively new to the Prescott area (having been here about one year), but he is not new to construction. He has years of experience, including running his own business in Thousand Oaks, CA. I can't think of anything Fred isn't capable of handling. He has a wide array of talents and skills. Prescott is filled with a lot of mediocre contractors (from landscaping to roofing, you name it). Fred is the needle in the haystack! Again, highly recommend Pine Ridge. Call Fred at 928-450-6577. Or you can email him at pineridgerc@gmail.com. You won't be disappointed.

Despite it not being a large job, they fit us in quickly, which we really appreciated. I had contacted multiple contractors before this and many never followed up or followed through. Willie, the manager, was responsive, easy to work with, and communicated consistently throughout the entire process. After the initial call, he stayed in touch and kept us informed without us having to reach out. The quality of the work was solid, the details were handled thoughtfully, and everything was completed professionally. We're very pleased with how it turned out and would not hesitate to recommend Prescott Culture Construction or use them again in the future.

What was originally a very closed-off kitchen was transformed into a very open and inviting center of the home. Our remodel was a structural challenge, given the need to remove several walls and replace them with large pillars starting in the basement with new footings and custom beams that add both strength and character to the home. The custom beams required cabinetry woodworking precision with beautiful results. Nick and his team met every construction challenge. In addition to the kitchen, PCC installed new flooring, stone countertops, backsplash and custom cabinets with care and expertise. In addition to the kitchen, PCC refurbished our aging deck & installed a custom iron railing. The Prescott Culture Construction team were craftsmen in each phase of our remodel. We are very happy with the results. We highly recommend Prescott Culture Construction for anyone seeking high-quality home renovations.

Billy came to look, gave me a very reasonable estimate and then he and Jason worked hard to exceed our expectations. Plus, they were super conscientious and careful to check working hours and noise rules so as not to bother the neighbors even though they were ready to start earlier in the day. There are a lot of handy-folks out there. These guys are among the best. The only reason I was able to get my project done quickly, when so many companies have a wait time these days, is that the business is new. Because of this, I think, there was one small aspect that neither of us had thought to include in the estimate. However the crew was so delightful to work with it didn't matter. They have tons of individual experience actually doing the work and their goal is to make the customer happy. They did that in (with) spades! In addition to the hardscaping, they also do all sorts of home improvement projects. Call them before they're booked solid.

I wanted my new home to reflect my own taste with modern updating and style. A friend recommended that I contact Mitchell Development. I'm so glad I did. During remodeling Bill discovered several problems and safety issues that had not been addressed in the past. There was a leak in a water line that was causing damage to my wood floors not to mention mold and a damp, musty odor. There were plumbing and electrical issues that needed to be brought up to code and made safe for me and my family. They fixed everything, they didn't just patch over it. I was kept informed every step of the way. It was a pleasure to work with a company with integrity and they stand behind their work. There are so many decisions to make during the process and they guided me easily from beginning to end. They even suggested some design elements that I had not even considered. I'm thrilled with the result. My new home turned out better than I ever imagined.

I lined him up in November 2019 for a deck extension to accommodate a new hot tub. By the time the tub was delivered in early December, Billy still hadn't started on the deck. So I impressed on him that we needed it done by March so we could have it ready for rental season. I checked on progress on March 31. He still hadn't even started. I leaned into him about the horrible schedule slippage and lack of communication, and I offered to pay the $18,000 in advance so that my project could get his attention. He agreed to get on it. But the next day, he texted that he was quitting the job entirely. I called, but he wouldn't take my call. I asked for a reference to another contractor, and he wouldn't give me one. I should have gotten Billy under contract, but I trusted his word that he would complete the work. Good guy, but unreliable at his word; if you use him, get a contract and manage him to it.
