Amazing Company! In…read moresummary: Absolutely cannot recommend these guys enough for anything related to brick/stone/masonry or concrete. You will not be disappointed you chose them to take care of your project/home and we cannot wait for our next chance to get to work with them. Sergio, Jason, and all the guys were great and we are so so happy with how everything turned out. We were in need of some masonry work at our home and had the hardest time finding someone we could trust to do the work. We were ghosted several times, and the other bids we did get were clearly halfhearted and absurdly priced. We called Rock Founded Okc and talked to Sergio the same day. Within a few days his brother came out to measure our house and discuss the project with us - and a few days later they had gotten a detailed bid back to us and gave us flexibility on when we wanted to start. They started the next week and showed up early in the morning. They were very careful around our new windows and made sure to protect the house during demo. They quickly removed our old damaged brick and were ready to lay the new brick the next day. A few days later and we are left with a beautiful home again and they did an amazing job! They were great every day they were here and always communicated any changes/obstacles etc that came up during the job. The work is amazing and speaks for itself but they went the extra mile and spent the time to clean up thoroughly and we did not have to do a single thing to clean up after they had left. For anyone thinking of doing any brick/stone/concrete work on their new build or their existing home like we did - we cannot recommend Sergio/Jason and all the guys enough. Very very happy with how everything went and turned out and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks Rock Founded Okc!

In the end, we didn't just choose IBEX--we chose Ricky Kemple. Ricky was incredibly easy to work with. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, just honest advice, outstanding knowledge, and true professionalism. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident throughout the entire process. Our window was anything but simple. It had three sections with curved tops, so we knew it would take someone with experience to measure it accurately, order it correctly, and install it perfectly. Raymond, the installer, was nothing short of amazing. I was honestly nervous to watch because we have wallpaper and blinds that I didn't want damaged. Raymond carefully removed everything as if he were working in his own home. He was organized, meticulous, and took pride in every detail. His craftsmanship was incredible, and when he finished, the window looked absolutely perfect. He even cleaned up so thoroughly that there wasn't a speck of dust left behind. If you've been putting off replacing your windows, don't hesitate to call IBEX Windows. Ricky and Raymond made the entire experience stress-free, and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them! IBEX Windows The Fernbergs

They did such an exceptional job, when we needed roofing and siding help, (Lake Eufaula) we did not hesitate to ask them for a quote again. They were not the cheapest, but the workmanship and dependability was a huge factor in fulfilling our need because that job was 2 hours away. They did not disappoint. They exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond. Fast forward a couple years and we just bought a new home with 4 skylights. Without hesitation, we called them and within 2 weeks they were in and look wonderful. Again with the exceptional workmanship and customer care. We even were delayed a day on the install because of the excessive high winds. It was not an inconvenience it was a relief that they cared more about their workers than a payment. Here is the truth of it. I don't know these people, I am just a customer out of convenience. They have treated me better than family and even brought "Dolly" out to meet my grandchildren on the final inspection. That says a lot. We have a family friend who has always done our windows and now letting McCanns take them on possibly because they have done such an exceptional job for us everywhere else... and our friend can stay retired. I have read the 1 star reviews. I don't buy it. Someone always call back. Someone always checks back to see if we are happy. Not always the same person.
