You are directly across from the train so around 5:30am you'll hear the train horn blow but unless you're a light sleeper, you may not even notice. We didn't go into the pool area but it was pretty busy at all times we went by and seemed to be well kept. If you have an electric vehicle it has charging on site, which is great for convenience. You are also super close to the main area of town, which is also really convenient. Overall I would recommend this place and wouldn't mind coming back.

The kids and adults also enjoyed the small pool (4.5 feet) and hot tub but they were closed due to pH issues our second night. Plenty of pool towels.
