    For some reason I'm hesitant to give such a high rating for this place because of all of the awful…read morereviews. But I'm going to base this solely on my experiences which have been pleasant. PROS: - Courtesy Shuttle Service (they take you to and from work or home while your car is being serviced) - Wash/vacuum car after every service (mine didn't look too washed, but it was definitely vacuumed) - Free WiFi in service center while you're waiting - Free tow within 15 miles - Offer loaner vehicles for free when your car gets serviced - Service has always been friendly when I've gone I bought my Volkswagen new in 2013 (though not from Jack Daniels) so all the services are covered by VW. I drop my car off and they service it every 10,000 miles free. At Jack Daniels, they have a courtesy shuttle service (within 15 miles) so I'm able to drop my car off and they take me and pick me up from work to get back to my car! Wonderful! Because of the shuttle service I don't know how long the services usually take. They call me when the car is ready and I can pick it up whenever. I have not used the return service because a coworker has driven me to Jack Daniels to get my car both times but the shuttle that takes me to work has been great. I'm usually at JD for no more than 15 minutes. When I pick my car up it is vacuumed and clean!

The car stalled on the highway rt 23northbound and was towed to Jack Daniel's Kia. After some investigation I found the vin# for my car was a part of a class action law suit for engine problems and engine oil leakage &replacement. But, they didn't make it easy . I had to find all of my oil changes etc even after contacting corporate which said its a part of it. But, I found all the records I could to satisfy them to get it approved. They replaced the engine , but still tried to place blame on someone else. They said whoever replaced the 1st engine used silicone to fix the hose that connects the washer fluid to the engine. I told them well that would be JackDaniels Kia. They denied doing the 1st engine replacement. So ,I did my investigation and went to another dealership who told me that they Jack Daniel's Kia had indeed replaced the 1st engine. So , why lie??? Then after they replaced the engine and we picked up the car my girls were on the highway and we're almost killed by oncoming traffic because the car stalled and would not start causing vehicles to almost hit them . Trucks etc. Their excuse was they forgot to attach the harness / clips to the engine. After they did this , they gave us back the car saying the car was good 2 days later the car stalled the engine stopped they almost get hit on rt 23 by a Mack truck once again its towed to Jack Daniel's Kia this time they say the car needs coils I say ok that was $897. So , between the tows to the shop and the repairs im at about $1400. Now they can't seem to get the error codes to go off . They tell me its going to be another $1600 but can't give me the parts or labor for this . But , its $1600. Christmas and New Years have pasted and this is their solution. I tried to talk to Jason luzzi but hes not available even when hes in the office to help a customer. I had enough of dealing with Charlie Mejia so I had my vehicle towed from Jack Daniel's Kia to a dealership who cared about their customers and were available to speak to them when there was a problem. After 2 weeks my car was diagnosed a plan was made and shortly after that it was fixed. My car was sent from Jack Daniel's Kia with a dagerous gasoline leak to name just one of the dangerous issues they left the car with. But, checked off as safe. It's sad when a dealership doesnt give 2 cents about its customers . Yet they sit in an office making big bucks to go off running personal errands and doing whatever they want .You got that position because at one time you cared about your job. NOW ITS JUST A PAY CHECK. BUT, MY GIRLS LIVES ARE IMPORTANT TO ME. RIVERDALE KIA UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT. I TRUST RIVERDALE KIA . Jack Daniel's Kia you have lost your reason for being in business. Without the customers you are NOTHING !!!! REMEMBER THAT !!!! JASON remember to return calls too. I know im only one customer you dont need me. But, they will hear my voice wherever I go and on every Social platform im on. Don't trust Jack Daniel's Kia you will be putting your life and the life of your love ones at risk if you do. My experience was TERRIFYING!!

They claimed they understood but wanted me to park my truck at their dealership claiming because the car wasn't registered. I literally just received the registration in the mail and was given 2 weeks to register it as you would know i had temp tags. Long story short i traded in my C300 2016 Mercedes Benz as apart of my down payment in which the transmission was going. I was told i had three options to either receive a check for the difference in the damages M&P Auto fixed on the C300 or i could pay the Repo tab as well as the first car payment including remainder of down payment, or i could pay 4,200 for them to release my C300 2016 to me fixed. "Boy" was that a lie! they held my car for 47 days until i was released i brought another gentlemen with me so they could find out excatly the break down of the repairs that were done as well as to why i am paying 4200 for a car i own out right. i was screamed at by the owner and the guy who sold me the lexus truck to begin with. Treated completely disrespectfully. NOT the same treatment that i received when initially meeting the owner Muhamad and the sales guy Eric. I choose to leave and not go back and forth i was then sent a text that i would be charged now everyday that my car is on their lot waiting on my decision out of my three options. i NO longer wanted any parts of their vehicles, so i paid 4200 with no explanation on what was fixed nor a print out nor a legit receipt. i have pictures of Water in my trunk upon getting my car returned they even "claim" they forgot to give me my title back" the AC wasnt working once i got my car either. When i gave them my C300 the only issue was my transmission my sunroom was jammed and my driver seat had a rip. Once returned AC didnt work Water was in my trunk like under where the spare tired would be. I still have NO idea what i paid 4200 for. The customer service is horrible the way their sales is ran is uncanny. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

We worked with a salesperson named Anthony, who assisted us with a test drive and pricing on a Traverse RS. He explicitly stated he could review our credit for estimates and clearly assured us that NO hard inquiry would be performed. We did not sign any documents. We did not authorize any credit applications. Despite this, our credit was run multiple times across different financial institutions without our knowledge or consent, resulting in unauthorized hard inquiries on our credit reports. We are now receiving unsolicited emails about "limited-time offers" that we never requested. This is not only misleading but raises serious concerns about compliance with consumer protection laws and proper authorization procedures. Consumers should be aware: do not rely on verbal assurances at this dealership. Do not allow any credit-related discussion without clear, written consent and full transparency. I was sold a vehicle with multiple…read moreknown (to them) issues, and when those problems immediately surfaced, I was essentially told "too bad." I am a single mother and specifically needed a reliable vehicle. Instead, I experienced what I believe to be predatory sales practices. I was told it was my fault for not purchasing a more expensive vehicle--something I clearly stated I could not afford. That statement alone is inappropriate and predatory, especially when used to deflect responsibility for selling a defective car. Here is the timeline of issues: * Day of purchase: The key was already broken. I was told it would not affect the functionality of the vehicle. That was false. * The very next day: The car failed to recognize the key, locked itself, and left me unable to move the vehicle. * The following day: The battery had to be replaced. * Now: I am currently stranded 30 minutes from home with the car displaying engine issues. When I contacted Oscar, his response was to send me a picture of the warranty he aggressively pushed during the sale. That response strongly suggests he was aware of existing issues with the vehicle and prioritized protecting the dealership rather than selling a safe, functioning car. I have purchased several cars over the past 20 years so I'm aware about what this process entails and have never in my life dealt with this kind of attitude from a dealership. Selling a vehicle in this condition--especially to a single parent who clearly expressed financial and reliability concerns--is unacceptable. This experience has caused unnecessary stress, financial strain, and safety concerns. I would strongly caution others against doing business with this dealership. Updated 2-4-2026 I am updating my previous review because my experience with this dealership has continued to get worse. After I posted my original Google review, the dealership finally responded to my texts about the several issues with the vehicle. Prior to that review, those same problems were dismissed and ignored. They took 2 weeks to come and pick up the car to fix it. I was then pressured to remove my review and assured the car was fixed and safe to drive. When I received the vehicle back, it had new problems and is now undriveable. I attempted to resolve this through the warranty and was informed the vehicle requires approximately $4,000 in repairs that are not covered. These are significant mechanical issues, not cosmetic concerns. Mind you.. I spent almost 1k in Ubers and triple A and jumps and everuthing else I had to do to get home safety everytime the car decided to break down... oh and during a snow storm. Throughout this entire process, I was treated in an abrasive, dismissive, and condescending manner, treating me like I am an idiot simply because I am a female. The communication was so unproductive that I had to involve my brother in order to be taken seriously at all. I contacted my bank, and they reviewed the situation and immediately agreed to cancel the deal due to the condition of the vehicle, without hesitation. I let Oscar know this information and initially, the dealership stated they would place me into another car, but they later rescinded that offer, leaving me with an undriveable vehicle and thousands of dollars in repairs. This experience has been exhausting and unacceptable. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
