Previously my daughter got fired because I used her discount card and the cashier didn't want to grab the card out my hand she waited and pointed at the place where you scan your items across for me to scan it not her and yes I understand its their policy for family not to use the card,! but the same exact thing happened again on Tuesday of this week except I didn't have a discount card ,so when I finished shopping after I asked a young lady in the coffee area for the small container of okra chips and she was very friendly and she walked me right over to them with no problem. So that was my last item I go to check out , it was no wait line as she bagged my groceries , I paid with my debit card so no she didn't have to touch my hand or anything ,she looked and actually started reaching for the next customer groceries to scan so I grabbed my bags of groceries and she left my receipt on the printer for me to grab it off instead of handing it to me,so I said thank you after grabbing my bags and all she said was you welcome but did NOT hand me my receipt like what is wrong with you people in these roles at your job as a cashier she had no customer service skills other than scanning the groceries and I like fresh market but they cashiers are rude to a certain degree and I just want to know why.? I wish it was another one here in mobile so I wouldn't have to go back to this one but I may just start going across the bay to Daphne because this is awful I'm very disappointed as I was before and that cashier name was Madison in case anyone else had the same experience as me.

We also bought 3 sweet potatoes from the produce section and 2 of the 3 were rotten inside once we went home to bake them. However, the muffaletta sandwich was incredible. 1 out of 3! We are visiting my father in law for a week. We went to Piggly Wiggly because of the good reviews and the proximity to his dad's home, but we will be going to Publix moving forward.

Mississippi doesn't have Publix stores, and every time we visit, we're reminded why this one is top-tier. The customer service here is consistently excellent. The staff is always professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the doors. The store itself is spotless--well-maintained, organized, and fully stocked with fresh, vibrant products. We especially appreciate the wide range of quality items that align with a healthy lifestyle. Whether it's produce, deli, or specialty goods, everything always looks fresh and inviting. Publix has become a little getaway for us--an excuse to cross state lines, knock out errands in Alabama, and enjoy a clean, pleasant shopping experience that we only wish we had here at home. Highly recommend this location if you're anywhere nearby.

However, everyone we…read moreinteracted with was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful, and we had such a wonderful experience! The food was by far the best food my husband and I have had anywhere outside of our own home. We try a lot of different places, and this is genuinely the only one we would give a 10/10 to. The atmosphere is so unique. Everything feels very natural and cozy, but at the same time, it almost feels like you've stepped into a movie scene or traveled to another country. It has this beautiful log-cabin, rustic feel that makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. Honestly, if you're visiting the area and could only go to one place, I would absolutely recommend this one. I ordered the salmon sandwich, and I don't even like salmon... but it was phenomenal. My husband ordered the Reuben, which was his first time ever trying one. I personally can't stand sauerkraut or corned/roast beef, but we both heavily enjoyed the Reuben! The crafted teas were also SO good. I loved mine so much that I had to buy another one for the road. The brownies were absolutely delectable, and the waffles... MMMMM. They were so yummy with their syrup and blueberries! They also have a little market that we really enjoyed. There was a nice variety of things, and surprisingly, the prices weren't bad at all. We bought several things and barely spent $12! Absolutely loved this place!!!!

Can we make this happen, would literally pay 5x sticker price if you could figure out how to get this back in stock. Back to the staff, they immediately knew what I was talking about and knew they didn't have it. Strait to the computers to see if any other stores had it or they could order. They could have easily stopped at "out of stock", but this crew seems genuine about customer engagement. Because of the staff experiences, I will definitely come back here when I have more time to shop. They had my Le Creuset color cookware here, may have to come back for the gumbo "roasting" pot.

This store, from what I understand is one of the few that carries pool supplies, in West Mobile where polls are a staple, this addition is well thought out. They also carry Ezeikel breads, Elmhurst tree nut "milks" (only two ingredients in every box) and other items previously carried by Whole Foods. The parking lot is expansive and unlike other malls/lots that have two way traffic, this has one way thoroughfares, much better for safety and will definitely mitigate vehicular incidences.
