He came out and opened up the tank, then kindly explained out problem was our tank needed to be pumped. He wasn't thrilled at coming out, but was basically a good guy who checked out the field and tank, then told us what was wrong. We had the tank pumped, and everything was good. Kudos to Mark who took the time out to look at our problem.

Bonnie guided us through materials and textures. Best of all, we were able to use outside craftsmen for all of our custom work upgrades (stone fireplace, tilework, flooring, etc. with no surcharges. Dave and Bonnie worked so well with all the vendors. It was an amazing (almost stress-free) experience, even during the worst of the pandemic. Tossing in an informational note: modular is NOT a single or double wide. Modular is building sections of an otherwise standard house in a quality controlled factory setting but each section is then craned into position on your lot. In our case, 4- 14' x 50' sections for a cape-chalet. Weather tight in 2 days.

This was no easy task as the house was built in the early 1900s and has had various things done to it over the years, however the task was completed in a timely manner and my house is nice and warm with no drafts this winter. Sapphire Paving and Masonry replaced decaying railroad ties in our yard. They designed a gracious…read moreentry way from the driveway to the front door that eliminated several steps and was slightly ramped so that the water would flow away from the pavers. This redesign was enormously helpful for my husband who had difficulty walking and going up and down stairs. They also redid the steps from the house towards the lake and added some additional features that made the lakeside of the house look more attractive. The man who laid the new pavers did an excellent job as did the others workers who helped lay new stone to replace the railroad ties. They were friendly, helpful and very hard working. We are totally pleased with what they did and recommend them with enthusiasm.
