The work was fairly routine, new vanities and tile flooring. After one year I had a problem with one of the toilets. When you can move the toilet by hand something is wrong . When I removed the toilet to check it out and replace the wax ring I discovered that one of the " closet " bolts was never installed properly. It was never under the toilet flange but just on top of it . Poor Workmanship and No Quality Control ! I 'm Lucky it didn't leak like Crazy ! Do not use this Contractor for Anything !
