I'd normally order the same thing - one piece of fish, minimum chips and two potato scollops - because once you find something that works, you stick with it. Certainly the best chips on the market, great crispy batter on the scollops and fish (and a huge apology to those that like their batter soft or squishy - this is not for you). Always the place to stop on the highway between Sydney and Melbourne.
