What to say here. Round Table Pizza is consistently some of my favorite pizza anywhere. It's hard to say exactly why. But I think it has something to do with the dough. Their dough is simply put, awesome, and the fact that I've been going to Round Table Pizza basically my entire 43 years of existence at this point, is good. I have a hard time going with any other ordinary pizza joint and certainly would avoid all the major chains, even though round table is a small chain itself. read more

2nd time we've received a delivery order with a pizza missing from the order. Have had to go through the phone service line (not local) and talk with someone who couldn't understand us. It took 10 minutes+ to be connected to someone at the Leslie store directly. read more

Second visit to this location, and super pleased with our service, pizza & Notebook wine pairings. Pizza had generous portions of mozzarella, pepperoni, mushrooms and sausage. My 80 year old mom called and ordered pizza delivery. The person that took her order was concerned about my mom's well-being and told their manager. The manager called back to check on her. My mom is fine, just having an asthmatic moment but she was touched by the concern and follow-through by the staff. Thank you to the staff for caring about their customers!!! We've always loved the pizza at Round Table... until tonight. Not so much anymore. Tonight we ordered one of our favorites that we haven't had in a while, the Chicken Gatlic Supream. I guess it still has the garlic part of the title, but the chicken has gotten so sparse they should no longer be allowed to have it in the title. Most of the slices had maybe one piece of chicken, but some had none. My wife suggested that it could be called a vegetarian pizza, but there weren't enough veggies on board to really say that either. You'd think for nearly $30 they could at least put on enough chicken to get a morsel on each piece. I'm afraid it's time to find a new favorite pizza place. read more

Previous pizzas at Roundtable have been very good; however, we had this one delivered and it was subpar. The crust was like cardboard and very chewy. I think they forgot to put the red sauce on because there was no flavor. I won't abandon them over one (hopefully) bad incident but I will say we were very disappointed. read more

One of my favorite chain pizzas. A little more money than the competition, but a lot more quality and flavor. They have some great event spaces for groups of probably 10-40 people. They seemed very strict on their covid policy which is surprising around here. Recently moved to the area and this was the nearest pizza place we've never been to before. The pizza was good, but not entirely sure it was good enough for their prices. Even with one pizza half off, two pizzas should not go close to $50 without some seriously premium toppings. The salad bar looked like standard fare, and the fact that your money only goes towards one trip makes the choice a questionable one. Staff were very polite and friendly. Still disappointed in this location. Their delivery ETA is always excessive and then on top of it, the delivery is often late. Today, my 11:45 order ETA was 80 minutes and here we are, 15 minutes past my delivery ETA and I still have no lunch. I understand the weather conditions, but this is still excessive. It's a bummer you now have a $25 minimum order for deliveries. I am a diehard RT fan but $25 min means I have to order a larger pizza than I don't need or add food to my order I'm not interested in. It's sad. After $25 + delivery fee + tax + tip, it's well over $35 to get a medium pizza. Although not as tasty, I can uber eats your competitors for MUCH less $$. We only order from round table once sometimes twice a year because it's pretty spendy. Upon ordering our pizza and breadsticks lastnight. The driver accidentally forgot to give us the dipping sauces that we requested. I called and let the restaurant know. They were quick to get a driver to come back and get the dipping sauces to us. To my surprise they also sent us a 2 liter of soda with the sauces and added 1 of each additional sauces. The pizzas and the breadsticks were cooked perfect and everything was fresh and delicious, exactly the way we love it! read more

What a joke. I buy a lot of pizza here...it's the only one my kids like. Tonight I get home, open the box and it's cold...like COLD. On top of that the edges of the crust or burnt so badly it was black. $40 and I get an ice cold pizza that's burnt to the point it's black? I have always liked Round Table Pizza but don't go often because it's not as inexpensive as some other pizza spots. But Kobe Bryant died yesterday and I wanted to a send my husband a pizza at work to cheer him up because he's a huge fan so we called to ask if they would do a special request with the toppings. The guy we talked to was super cool and understanding and said he would take care of it personally. Great customer service and the pizza (wombo combo with olives) was delicious. I tried to order a large meat pizza. The cost was $32.30 My wife doesn't like meat pizza so I ordered half meat half cheese. I asked the nice girl answering the phone if I could get all the meat I am paying for put on the one half of the pizza. There was a brief hold as she asked the manager to grant my reasonable request. She came back and said "there is a price break for the half meat and half cheese so we would have to charge you double meat if we are going to put double meat in half." I asked "what is the price difference for a full meat to a half meat half cheese." She looked it up in the computer and the price was the same. $32.30. She was confused. So was I. And I felt deceived. I asked to talk to the manager and she said okay hold on. Then I was hung up on. I called back and talked to the manager. We have eaten here easily 50 times over the years. It's always excellent and the pizza is SO MUCH better quality than the big franchises. All the one and two start reviews are ridiculous. People complain about every little tiny detail and go leave the worst review ever. During lunch, they're always busy, which says a lot about how good the food is. If your passing through town, or a regular, stop and try this pizza. The Maui Zaui is my favorite! It's has amazing flavor!! The lunch special is less than $10 bucks for a pop, all you can eat salad bar, and a personal pizza. That is a great price for the quality you get :-) read more

The worst managed Round Table Pizza...anywhere!! We brought a group from our football team in for pizza and salad bar. 5+ pizzas, 10 or so all-you-can-eat salads, drinks, bread sticks, and wings. We were the only customers and we filled the back room. The "manager" (if you can call her that) Tyler....she's a real peach.....or should I say mask Nazi. She was so concerned about if you were away from your table....even if eating or drinking you had to be masked. All while her and her employees did not have hair nets or were wearing gloves while handling food.....instead her concern is masks. I suffer from c-PTSD and while taking a bite of food on my way back to my table....she charged at me aggressively while shouting about my mask being down (again, while eating) and she almost got kicked in the chest because she triggered my PTSD. For a restaurant that is owned by an organization who claims to hire those with special needs and disabilities....you might think they would hire management that knows how to handle people....especially those with disabilities. I do not recommend ever going to this place.....especially if you care about mental health or those with disabilities. read more

I took my staff of 22 here for a meeting and of course "pizza". The restaurant staff was very accommodating. They gave us a room no charge. I called in for a carry out and showed up a few minutes prior to the time they quoted over the phone. A very nice lady named Tiffany helped me. There were ordered coming and going and she apologized that my food would be a few minutes longer because of the big rush of deliveries. She offered me a soda while I waited and then I watched. She ran back and forth helping, taking phone orders, cutting pizzas, and running out the orders. The whole time she was calm, in control, and very friendly! We have been to a number of Roundtable locations in Washington and California and the Richland/Leslie location is by far the most cleanest location we have ever encountered. Plus, they have the most friendliest staff and the cleanest salad bar I have ever seen! We just moved to Kennewick and this is our new family location! Keep up the good work guys! read more

Have had multiple issues here. One being that there phone system doesn't work on a Friday night, how does that happen? The other is that they took 2 hours to deliver a pizza and I live a mile away. The wait would be one thing if they had told me ahead of time but they didn't. When discussing the issue with the manager she offered a reluctant apology and no solution. read more

Ordered online at 3:15 for a pickup at 4 pm. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and 6 buffalo wings. I finally received my pizza at 4:20, maybe the time you select is the time they put it in the oven? I probably would've saved time but placing my order as a walk in. To me this is ridiculous. Not my preferred choice of pizza but went there for my boyfriend. Overall it's way over priced for not fresh ingredients. Also was really disappointed with the salad bar tonight- lettuce was low and sitting in about an inch of water, so I asked for fresh lettuce due to the sogginess. I watched the gal in the back get fresh lettuce, while then dumping and shaking the water off of the old and adding it back to the bin. I guess they haven't heard of a salad spinner because all the new lettuce was still entirely saturated as well as discolored. Previously my favorite Pizza place. The problem is some of their staff is friendly, and some of them are the biggest assholes who ever lived. Just snotty people. And for God's sake, don't order food on Sunday evening. The immature staff is butthurt that they have to work Sunday night and half-ass everything. Ordered a pizza/twists/2-liter combo. The driver showed pissed off as all hell for no reason, got even madder when he was given a couple bucks change for the tip. The pizza was barely warm and was room-temp cold just 10 minutes after it arrived, and the crust was soggy. The twists were hard as a rock and flavorless. The 2 liter of rootbeer was as if it was shaken up. Weekend manager offered a half-assed apology but nothing to make it right. I used to order from here a couple times a week. I will only order from here again if (1) I get the full refund for the meal I ate and the tip ($27), and assurances that the entire weekend staff has been fired. Not told "don't do it again."
