BEWARE!! They put the wrong part on my boat and wanted me to pay for it along with labor to…read moreinstall and remove! It was a simple exhaust bellows, a 5 minute job. Finally, the owner begrudgingly told an employee to remove it. What I didn't know, until launching the boat was that they purposely reversed the battery terminals so the boat wouldn't start! I know it was purposely because the boat ran fine (but loud) that morning when I took it out of the lake to go back to John's. Terrible business!! Side note: I went back to get my old exhaust bellows back. Owner immediately said they threw it away & dumpster was picked up. But the woman in the office found it within seconds "here it is!". Was he planning to sell it to another unsuspecting customer? We'll never know. NOW YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

It was Spring and naturally the wait was 4 weeks to have the boat looked at, but I called after 4…read moreweeks and they were working on it. We didn't have a relationship with the marina yet so I figured we would get bumped. Nope, they were on it. I felt like I was working with a caring doctor when talking to Jeff about the boat. I felt like he really cared for the boat and wanted us to enjoy it for many years. It's often hard to find good service where we store and use the boat - I felt really confident that when we put it in the lake, it would work and I wouldn't have to make another phone call to have someone come out and look at it or pull it out of the lake again. I would have given 5 stars, but I left several vmails that were never returned - I guess I'm getting used to that and just called back later.

Then to top it off he delivered the boat at 7:30 pm and saved the day for me and my grandsons. Great service !! We could not be more satisfied and are very happy that we bought our pontoon from Hayward Marine.

I'm a 14-year-old, and this bike means everything to me since I've worked hard for it since I was 10. I went there with my dad today, and the first comment Bernie Klismet made to me was, 'Are you getting it ready for Pride Month?' because I permed my hair. I stayed respectful, but then I asked for my bike back because I didn't trust him, based on previous experiences. He had my dad's quad at his shop off and on, dropping it off in 2023 completely and leaving it there. We originally dropped it off in 2020, and he still hasn't touched or looked at it. He then said 'Absolutely' when I asked for my bike back, but told me to get the f*** off his property, even though I was still being respectful. I took my bike, and while I was pushing it down the road, he made very mean comments and insulted me when I didn't say ANYTHING. VERY RUDE and would not recommend, as he is very childish. Once again, I was respectful the whole time, and he still proceeded to insult me and also pulled my dad's quad (which he had nothing to do with) and put it on the side of the highway, non-running, since he never looked at it or fixed it. My grandpa also had an experience with him and won't go to him anymore because it took weeks, and no one called or texted him. So, he went to his shop looking for it, but no one was there, and he saw Bernie Klismet using HIS trailer to haul around other things without asking him. TERRIBLE service. NO HE WAS NOT JOKING AS HE KEPT REPEATING INSULTS TOO ME AFTER I SAID I DIDNT LIKE IT
