I had to ask and the answers were not complete. there was discrepancies over what I was told previously over the phone about the surgery and cost. I felt like part of an assembly factory, in which I was filling his schedule ,2 months out. the doctor seemed pressured. One can not do a good job under pressure. my intention was to establish a good rapport and be in "right relationship". This was neither.In addition, I felt forced to comply.
