They are scamming or just incompetent, might be both. Made an appointment for a consultation on…read morethe phone where I provided my insurance info. Waited 4 weeks. They had 4 weeks to verify my insurance. Go to "consultation." They take a physical copy of my insurance card. Got forgotten in the room for 30 minutes after I was called back. They did apologize. Finally, get the dentist to come in, and our entire conversation went: him: "oh yeah, I can pull that tooth out no problem, about a 10 minute procedure. Do you have any questions?"" Me: "guess not. " Him: "Great, im leaving in 10 minutes, so we can't get you in today." It did raise a red flag since I wasn't there to get the tooth pulled. My regular dentist can pull teeth. My regular dentist sent me to a surgeon because it couldn't be pulled. A surgeon thats a 45 minute drive away. So 2 days before my next appointment (3 wks after consultation, mind you), I get a text that they aren't in network with my insurance. I call, and before I can even finish my sentence, Im interrupted with "so you are canceling, got it. If you change your mind, call us back. " A month later, I received a $100 consultation bill. No joke. Do you think you provided a service in that 2 minutes that you were 30 minutes late to even show up for? I missed a few hours of work. I have to get a new referral and start this process over because of YOUR OWN ERRORS! If you see this, just know that im not paying, and I will be trashing this business name to every friend, family member, and stranger I ever meet. Theres nothing exceptional about this office except their ability to royally mess up.

I would not have have continued my exam. It is now 17 April, I am hoping to get dental work started to, later get a new crown. Today I call Metlife Dental..they said they have not received a pre-estimate treatment plan, and unable to tell me cost of the two dental procedures I wanted to have done. Dental Works, again..did not keep their word, submit the paperwork. I really was hoping to get dental work started. I was told that it would be submitted. Sometimes, Dental Works give you estimates..and later find that it is not covered. I was going to call them and ask why wasn't pre-treatment estimate sent out, but, I will leave it alone. I like to give the benefit of the doubt, and stick with them..this IS THE SECOND Time, whoever submits claims..failed to keep their word..AGAIN. Please don't say you will do something, and don't keep your word. I feel its definitely time to fine another dentist.

This office is closed on Friday, so getting an appointment is often difficult. The staff are nice to patients, and show concern, but the quality of service was poor. I have had better quality service from first-year dental students. Moreover, the cubicles all look like they need a good cleaning, from top to floor. When I had several teeth extracted, I worried about infection from the environment.
